【摘要】：金融是經(jīng)濟(jì)的血液,滲透于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)方面。金融在經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行中發(fā)揮的作用也是越來(lái)越大,金融行業(yè)的發(fā)展同時(shí)也受到來(lái)自經(jīng)濟(jì)層面的影響,經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融的相互影響在當(dāng)前這個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)軌時(shí)期顯得更加復(fù)雜。金融體系并不是獨(dú)立地創(chuàng)造金融產(chǎn)品和金融服務(wù)的系統(tǒng),它的運(yùn)行依賴于該區(qū)域的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、法治等基本環(huán)境要素,這些就構(gòu)成了其生存的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境。 本文首先對(duì)金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理,界定了金融生態(tài)及金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的概念,明確了金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的特點(diǎn),接著介紹了金融發(fā)展的一些基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí),并詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了影響金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的幾個(gè)重要因素：經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、金融發(fā)展、政府治理、法制建設(shè)和社會(huì)誠(chéng)信。 其次構(gòu)建了金融生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。在以前學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)的可得性本文建立了自己的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,突出了發(fā)展?jié)摿�。運(yùn)用層次分析法得出了全國(guó)43個(gè)主要城市的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境排名,并分類進(jìn)行總結(jié)概括其特點(diǎn)。找出沈陽(yáng)與全國(guó)先進(jìn)地區(qū)存在的差距和不足,重點(diǎn)對(duì)是沈陽(yáng)市的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)分析,通過(guò)對(duì)沈陽(yáng)各指標(biāo)的排名情況進(jìn)行分析,找到了沈陽(yáng)金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),為接下來(lái)的政策建議作了鋪墊。 最后根據(jù)前文所做的分析,從發(fā)展實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì),促進(jìn)產(chǎn)融結(jié)合,提高政府管理服務(wù)意識(shí),構(gòu)建金融業(yè)發(fā)展的政策支持體系,加強(qiáng)法制建設(shè),改善社會(huì)信用環(huán)境等方面提出了優(yōu)化沈陽(yáng)金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Finance is the blood of economy and permeates all aspects of national economy. Finance plays a more and more important role in the economic operation, and the development of financial industry is also influenced by the economic level. The interaction between economy and finance is more complicated in the current transition period. The financial system is not a system that creates financial products and financial services independently. Its operation depends on the basic environmental factors such as politics, economy, culture, rule of law and so on. This paper firstly combs the present research situation of financial ecological environment, defines the concept of financial ecology and financial ecological environment, clarifies the characteristics of financial ecological environment, and then introduces some basic theoretical knowledge of financial development. Several important factors affecting the financial ecological environment are described in detail: economic base, financial development, government governance, legal system construction and social integrity. Secondly, the evaluation index system of financial ecological environment is constructed. On the basis of previous research, this paper establishes an evaluation index system based on the availability of data, which highlights the development potential. The ranking of financial ecological environment of 43 major cities in China is obtained by AHP, and its characteristics are summarized and summarized by classification. To find out the gap and deficiency between Shenyang and the advanced areas of the whole country, the emphasis is to evaluate and analyze the financial ecological environment of Shenyang, and through the analysis of the ranking situation of each index of Shenyang, the advantages and disadvantages of Shenyang's financial ecological environment are found. This paves the way for the next policy recommendations. Finally, according to the previous analysis, from the development of the real economy, promote the combination of industry and finance, improve the awareness of government management services, build the financial industry development policy support system, strengthen the legal system, Some suggestions on how to optimize Shenyang's financial ecological environment are put forward in the aspects of improving social credit environment.
