【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái)，隨著我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行外匯業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展，，外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)迅速增加，外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理壓力日益加劇。當(dāng)前，我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)普遍較差，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制尚不健全，特別是外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理基礎(chǔ)尤為薄弱。未來(lái)商業(yè)銀行之間在外匯業(yè)務(wù)方面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，主要是其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力的較量，推進(jìn)城市商業(yè)銀行外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理創(chuàng)新，切實(shí)提高其自身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力已是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文通過(guò)比較分析、案例分析與定性分析等方法，對(duì)我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)而深入的研究，在借鑒國(guó)際先進(jìn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理念的基礎(chǔ)上，立足實(shí)際對(duì)其外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理創(chuàng)新提出了一些實(shí)用且可供借鑒的方法和措施。 本文分為五個(gè)部分：第一部分為引言。第二部分對(duì)我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行的外匯業(yè)務(wù)、外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理及外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理創(chuàng)新的概念進(jìn)行了界定，并對(duì)外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理及其創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)理論及依據(jù)進(jìn)行了一般概述，這是全文的邏輯起點(diǎn)。第三部分在闡述我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)對(duì)其外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面存在的主要問(wèn)題加以歸納，進(jìn)而得出了城市商業(yè)銀行外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理創(chuàng)新的必要性與緊迫性。第四部分對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的實(shí)踐情況進(jìn)行考察，從而得出一些有益啟示。第五部分為我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行外匯業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)了創(chuàng)新方法，制定了創(chuàng)新原則，搭建了創(chuàng)新框架，并提出了一系列具有操作性的創(chuàng)新建議。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, with the rapid development of foreign exchange business of city commercial banks in China, the risk of foreign exchange business is increasing rapidly, and the pressure of risk management of foreign exchange business is increasing day by day. At present, the risk awareness of urban commercial banks in China is generally poor, the risk management mechanism is not perfect, especially the risk management foundation of foreign exchange business is particularly weak. In the future, the competition between commercial banks in foreign exchange business is mainly the competition of their risk management ability. It is urgent to promote the innovation of foreign exchange business risk management of city commercial banks and to improve their own risk management ability. By means of comparative analysis, case analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive, systematic and in-depth study on the risk management innovation of foreign exchange business of urban commercial banks in China. On the basis of drawing lessons from international advanced risk management concepts, Based on the practice, the paper puts forward some practical methods and measures for the innovation of risk management in foreign exchange business. This article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. The second part defines the concepts of foreign exchange business, foreign exchange business risk management and foreign exchange business risk management innovation of Chinese city commercial banks. The related theories and bases of foreign exchange risk management and innovation are summarized, which is the logical starting point of this paper. In the third part, on the basis of expounding the current situation of risk management in foreign exchange business of city commercial banks in China, the main problems in risk management of foreign exchange business are summarized. The necessity and urgency of risk management innovation in foreign exchange business of city commercial banks are obtained. The fourth part investigates the practice of foreign exchange risk management of commercial banks at home and abroad, and draws some useful enlightenment. The fifth part designs the innovation method for the risk management of the foreign exchange business of the city commercial bank of our country, formulates the innovation principle, builds the innovation frame, and puts forward a series of operable innovation suggestions.
