【摘要】：要適應(yīng)不斷變化的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)金融支持系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行也應(yīng)是動(dòng)態(tài)變化的。隨著欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)不同的發(fā)展階段帶來的不同金融需求,金融支持系統(tǒng)提供的金融供給也要相應(yīng)變化。并且,政策的金融支持也有合理邊界,需要相應(yīng)的支持對(duì)象選擇機(jī)制、政策進(jìn)入與退出機(jī)制、以及政策效果評(píng)估監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)制等機(jī)制來配合給予動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the changing internal and external environment, the operation of financial support system in underdeveloped areas should also be dynamic. With the different financial demand brought about by different stages of development in less developed areas, the financial supply provided by financial support system should change accordingly. Moreover, the financial support of the policy also has a reasonable boundary, which needs the corresponding support object selection mechanism, the policy entry and exit mechanism, as well as the policy effect evaluation monitoring mechanism and so on mechanism to cooperate to give the dynamic adjustment.
