【摘要】：正金融轉(zhuǎn)型是指實施了近60年的金融抑制政策的退出,政府應(yīng)從幫助企業(yè)籌集廉價資本轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楸Ｗo投資者和債權(quán)人權(quán)益,發(fā)揮市場配置社會資源的作用金融抑制政策是大多數(shù)發(fā)展中國家以及第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后的日本實施的一種服務(wù)于工業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略的金融配套政策。
[Abstract]:Financial transformation is the withdrawal of financial repression policies that have been implemented for nearly 60 years. The government should move from helping enterprises raise cheap capital to protecting the rights and interests of investors and creditors. Exerting the role of market allocation of social resources financial suppression policy is a kind of financial policy which is implemented by most developing countries and Japan after the second World War to serve the industrialization strategy.
