【摘要】：正金融轉(zhuǎn)型是指實(shí)施了近60年的金融抑制政策的退出,政府應(yīng)從幫助企業(yè)籌集廉價(jià)資本轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楸Ｗo(hù)投資者和債權(quán)人權(quán)益,發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)配置社會(huì)資源的作用金融抑制政策是大多數(shù)發(fā)展中國(guó)家以及第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后的日本實(shí)施的一種服務(wù)于工業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略的金融配套政策。
[Abstract]:Financial transformation is the withdrawal of financial repression policies that have been implemented for nearly 60 years. The government should move from helping enterprises raise cheap capital to protecting the rights and interests of investors and creditors. Exerting the role of market allocation of social resources financial suppression policy is a kind of financial policy which is implemented by most developing countries and Japan after the second World War to serve the industrialization strategy.
