【摘要】：正近年來,中國對外投資規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,2012年中國非金融類企業(yè)對外直接投資額達(dá)到772億美元,比2011年增長28.6%,為中國及世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展注入了強(qiáng)勁動力。中國對外投資迅猛發(fā)展的同時,與這些投資項目相伴而生的環(huán)境風(fēng)險也在增加,不僅引發(fā)國際輿論的關(guān)注,也開始引起國內(nèi)有關(guān)部門的重視。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) has been increasing to US $77.2 billion in 2012, an increase of 28.6US dollars over 2011, which has given a strong impetus to the development of China and the world economy. With the rapid development of China's foreign investment, the environmental risks associated with these investment projects are also increasing, which not only attracts the attention of international public opinion, but also begins to attract the attention of relevant domestic departments.
