金融危機與瑞典模式調整

【摘要】：2008年全球金融危機使以瑞典為代表的北歐模式受到了國際社會的青睞。瑞典模式是戰(zhàn)后50—60年代形成的,其合理內核在于:以"社會平等"、"充分就業(yè)"和"完善福利"為支柱,重視階級合作,突出強調勞動者的權利和社會地位,最大程度地發(fā)揮市場經濟的社會功能。20世紀80年代,瑞典模式由于實施了新自由主義政策,致使90年代初爆發(fā)了金融危機。之后,瑞典模式在堅持自身合理內核的基礎上進行了及時調整,既擁抱全球化,又弱化了新自由主義思潮的影響,使瑞典經濟很快進入了平穩(wěn)增長期。在2008年全球金融風暴中,瑞典模式深受影響,但也顯示出了其獨特的優(yōu)勢。瑞典模式所包含的合理內核,昭示著資本主義未來調整的新方向。
[Abstract]:The 2008 global financial crisis made the Nordic model, represented by Sweden, popular with the international community. The Swedish model was formed in the 50-60 's after the war. Its reasonable core lies in: taking "social equality", "full employment" and "perfect welfare" as the pillars, attaching importance to class cooperation and emphasizing the rights and social status of workers. Exert the social function of the market economy to the greatest extent. In the 1980s, the Swedish model broke out the financial crisis in the early 1990s because of the implementation of neoliberal policies. After that, the Swedish model was adjusted on the basis of sticking to its own reasonable core, which not only embraced globalization, but also weakened the influence of neoliberal trend of thought, which made the Swedish economy enter a period of steady growth. The Swedish model was heavily influenced by the 2008 global financial turmoil, but also demonstrated its unique advantages. The rational core of the Swedish model indicates a new direction for the future adjustment of capitalism.
