【摘要】：面對(duì)"百年一遇"的金融危機(jī),"非常規(guī)性貨幣政策"成為了學(xué)界、業(yè)界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。深入分析非常規(guī)性貨幣政策實(shí)施的背景和特征,探討提高非常規(guī)性貨幣政策有效性的重要途徑,對(duì)于促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的平穩(wěn)復(fù)蘇,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)非常規(guī)性貨幣政策的合理退出,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
