【摘要】：作者構(gòu)建了一種對外直接投資的國際政治經(jīng)濟學分析框架�？鐕臼菄H政治經(jīng)濟學研究的傳統(tǒng)議題,隨著對外直接投資的增多以及投資政策的自由化,需要一種新的分析框架來理解跨國公司與民族國家的關系演變�？鐕炯捌鋵ν庵苯油顿Y在國家間、國家內(nèi)部流動時,因利益分配產(chǎn)生的政治博弈以及管理這類資本流動的政策工具就成為關注重點。投資流動導致的分配差異是政治博弈的原因,而政治博弈能否進行以及效果如何,則要看管理投資流動的政策。因此,分析對外直接投資的作用時,需要結(jié)合分配性與政策工具兩者進行,從利益和制度兩個變量來思考經(jīng)濟力量和政治力量的互動關系。該分析框架有助于我們突破國內(nèi)、國際分野,從更為均衡的角度考察投資流動與制度變革之間的關系。
[Abstract]:Transnational corporations (TNCs) are the traditional topics of international political economics. With the increase of FDI and the liberalization of investment policies, a new analytical framework is needed to understand the evolution of the relationship between TNCs and nation-states. When FDI flows between countries and within countries, the political game arising from the distribution of benefits and the policy tools for managing such capital flows become the focus of attention. Therefore, when we analyze the role of FDI, we need to consider the interaction between economic and political forces in terms of both distributive and policy instruments, considering the two variables of interest and institution.
