【摘要】：近幾年來,我國中央銀行存款準備金政策操作頻繁,就實際使用效果及存在的問題來看,在市場經(jīng)濟條件下,不能過度依賴存款準備金政策來調(diào)節(jié)經(jīng)濟。今后我國存款準備金政策操作過程中應注意幾個方面的問題:一是進一步規(guī)范以貨幣供應量為目標的差別存款準備金制度;二是按照經(jīng)濟運行周期相機調(diào)整存款準備金率;三是加強存款準備金政策與其他政策之間的配合。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the deposit reserve policy of the central bank of our country operates frequently. From the point of view of the actual application effect and existing problems, under the condition of market economy, we can not excessively rely on the deposit reserve policy to adjust the economy. In the future, we should pay attention to several problems in the operation of deposit reserve policy in China: first, to further standardize the differential deposit reserve system aiming at money supply, second, to adjust the reserve requirement ratio according to the camera of economic operation cycle; Third, strengthen the coordination between deposit reserve policy and other policies.
