【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)日益融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)體系,安徽省在發(fā)展出口貿(mào)易方面也取得了顯著的進(jìn)步。2004年3月,溫家寶總理在政府工作報(bào)告中正式提出“中部崛起戰(zhàn)略”。作為中部六省之一的安徽省,把握時(shí)機(jī),積極響應(yīng)國(guó)家政策號(hào)召,強(qiáng)化招商引資,發(fā)展對(duì)外貿(mào)易。近幾年,我省利用外商直接投資的規(guī)模在不斷擴(kuò)大,貿(mào)易投資一體化的趨勢(shì)逐漸凸顯。一些學(xué)者開(kāi)始將研究的目光轉(zhuǎn)向外商直接投資(FDI)與貿(mào)易相互關(guān)系的研究上來(lái),他們發(fā)現(xiàn)外國(guó)直接投資對(duì)東道國(guó)出口增長(zhǎng)的影響遠(yuǎn)不止數(shù)量上的關(guān)系,FDI對(duì)出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)、出口方式結(jié)構(gòu)等在內(nèi)的出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)也存在著不容忽視的影響,與以往的研究相比,對(duì)FDI與結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系的研究則更為深入。 本文根據(jù)安徽省2000年至2010年期間統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒及其他數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,對(duì)FDI及出口貿(mào)易相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、計(jì)算,然后借助計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)軟件,通過(guò)定性的規(guī)范分析和定量的實(shí)證分析,對(duì)FDI與出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)在關(guān)系進(jìn)行逐步探討。通過(guò)分析和驗(yàn)證,得出結(jié)論：FDI對(duì)安徽省出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化起到了相對(duì)積極的作用,對(duì)工業(yè)制成品的出口影響尤為突出。最后,論文針對(duì)我省在利用FDI中存在的一些現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,結(jié)合實(shí)證分析,就如何進(jìn)一步利用外資優(yōu)化出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)本省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing integration of China into the world economic system, Anhui Province has made remarkable progress in the development of export trade. In March 2004, Wen Jiabao Prime Minister formally put forward the "Central rise Strategy" in the government work report. As one of the six central provinces, Anhui province, seize the opportunity, respond positively to the call of national policy, strengthen investment, and develop foreign trade. In recent years, the scale of foreign direct investment in our province is expanding, and the trend of integration of trade and investment is gradually prominent. Some scholars begin to focus their research on the relationship between FDI and trade. They find that the impact of FDI on the export growth of host countries is far more than the quantitative relationship between FDI and the structure of export commodities. The structure of export trade, including the structure of export mode, can not be ignored. Compared with previous studies, the study on the relationship between FDI and structure is more in-depth. Based on the statistical yearbooks and other data sources of Anhui Province from 2000 to 2010, this paper makes statistics and calculations on FDI and export trade related data, and then by means of econometrics software, through qualitative normative analysis and quantitative empirical analysis. The internal relation between FDI and export trade structure is discussed step by step. Through analysis and verification, it is concluded that: FDI plays a relatively positive role in the optimization of export trade structure of Anhui Province, especially on the export of manufactured goods. Finally, aiming at some practical problems in utilizing FDI in our province, combining with the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to optimize the structure of export trade and promote the economic development of our province by further utilizing foreign capital.
