【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化席卷世界各國,國際分工不斷深化、跨國投資日趨活躍之際,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展也成為世界產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的一個顯著現(xiàn)象。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要增長極和動力源,它不僅廣泛分布于發(fā)達(dá)國家,也存在于大量發(fā)展中國家。廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)地處中國-東盟貿(mào)易區(qū)的前沿地帶,地理位置優(yōu)越、資源豐富,為產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的環(huán)境。金融在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過程中扮演著非常關(guān)鍵的角色,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展也同樣離不開金融為其生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動提供資金支持和特色服務(wù)。然而廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的金融發(fā)展水平一直不高,不能很好的滿足該區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的金融需求,相關(guān)的理論研究也不多。正是在這樣的背景下,本文先梳理了北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)九大產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,再從生命周期、產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)組織和關(guān)聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)的角度對集群進(jìn)行歸類,在探析每一類產(chǎn)業(yè)集群金融需求特征的基礎(chǔ)上得出北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群金融需求的總體特征,最后根據(jù)此特征,在剖析北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)現(xiàn)有金融支撐策略不足的同時,從金融機(jī)構(gòu)、金融產(chǎn)品、金融市場、金融政策幾個方面提出了北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的金融支撐策略。
[Abstract]:As the economic globalization is sweeping across the world, the international division of labor is deepened and the transnational investment is increasingly active, the development of industrial cluster has also become a significant phenomenon in the development of the world industry. Industrial cluster is an important growth pole and power source for the development of regional economy. It is not only widely distributed in developed countries, but also in a large number of China's development. Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is located in the frontier of China ASEAN trade area. It has a good geographical position and rich resources. It has created a good environment for the development of industrial clusters. Finance plays a very important role in the process of economic development, and the development of industrial cluster can not be separated from finance for its production and operation activities. However, the financial development level of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is not high enough to meet the financial needs of the economic development of the region, and the related theoretical research is not much. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the financial demand of each category of industrial clusters, the overall characteristics of the financial demand of the industrial clusters in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone are obtained on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the financial demand of each category of industrial clusters. Financial market and financial policy put forward the financial support strategy for the development of industrial clusters in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
