建設(shè)銀行深圳分行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:在全球銀行業(yè)都處于經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型的大背景下,我國國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)也同樣存在經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型的巨大壓力。在經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,市場需求、同業(yè)競爭、規(guī)制改革、技術(shù)改革等因素盡管有著不同的表現(xiàn)形式,但卻以相同的規(guī)律影響著我國商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整和業(yè)務(wù)模式的選擇。當(dāng)前,我國商業(yè)銀行正處于一個日趨復(fù)雜的經(jīng)營環(huán)境和內(nèi)部變革中。在這一新的形勢之下,商業(yè)銀行加快實施經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型和推動理財業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展已迫在眉睫。從理財產(chǎn)品來看,產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)性較強(qiáng),目前國內(nèi)理財業(yè)務(wù)的競爭主要體現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)品價格上;從理財業(yè)務(wù)的規(guī)模主要是以封閉式為主,體現(xiàn)“產(chǎn)品為客戶量身定做”的理念較少;客戶關(guān)系管理能力有待提高;理財業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的框架,流程有待完善;理財業(yè)務(wù)的人員儲備不足,銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)人員的培養(yǎng)嚴(yán)重滯后等問題。 本文選取建設(shè)銀行深圳分行為研究對象,通過分析建設(shè)銀行深圳分行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,運用SWOT分析方法對建設(shè)銀行深圳分行發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會和威脅進(jìn)行細(xì)致清晰的分析。以期找出其業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展與國外先進(jìn)銀行差距和自身的問題,結(jié)合個人理財業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展趨勢,制定業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略和具體解決措施。
[Abstract]:As the global banking industry is in the background of business transformation, China's domestic commercial banks also have great pressure on the transformation of business. In the process of business transformation, the market demand, the competition of the same industry, the regulation reform, the technological reform and so on, although there are different forms of expression, but affect the commercial banks of our country with the same law. At present, China's commercial banks are in an increasingly complex operating environment and internal change. Under this new situation, it is urgent for commercial banks to accelerate the implementation of business transformation and promote the development of financial services. From the view of financial products, the product is homogeneous and is at home at present. The competition of financial business is mainly reflected in the price of the product; the size of the financial business is mainly based on the closed form, which shows that the concept of "product is customized for customers" is less; the ability of customer relationship management needs to be improved; the framework of financial business related, the process needs to be perfected; the personnel reserve of the financial business is insufficient and the bank manages financial management. The training of business personnel is seriously lagging behind.
In this paper, the Shenzhen branch of Construction Bank is selected as the research object, and through the analysis of the current situation of the personal financial services of the Shenzhen branch of the Construction Bank, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the Shenzhen branch of the Bank of China, in order to find out the difference between the development of its business and the advanced foreign banks. In the light of their own problems, and combining the development trend of personal financial services, formulate business development strategies and specific solutions.
