【摘要】：企業(yè)年金是在參加基本養(yǎng)老保險的基礎上,由企業(yè)和職工自愿建立的補充養(yǎng)老保險制度。2004年5月實施《企業(yè)年金試行辦法》及《企業(yè)年金基金管理試行辦法》后,我國企業(yè)年金市場快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)年金業(yè)務競爭的序幕逐步拉開。在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境下,如何抓住機遇,迎接挑戰(zhàn),在市場競爭中取得優(yōu)勢,是一個非常有現(xiàn)實意義的課題。本文以建設銀行山東省分行作為研究對象,在對我國企業(yè)年金制度和該行內外部競爭環(huán)境進行分析的基礎上,通過獨特的視角,從戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的高度,對該行發(fā)展企業(yè)年金的戰(zhàn)略進行深層次的研究探討。 文章首先從企業(yè)年金基本理論入手,介紹了企業(yè)年金的基本概念和國外企業(yè)年金的發(fā)展歷程,著重研究了我國企業(yè)年金制度規(guī)定。接著,充分運用管理學分析方法,通過PEST分析法、五力模型等,對該行企業(yè)年金業(yè)務所處的內外部環(huán)境進行分析,并通過EFE矩陣、IFE矩陣對內外部環(huán)境因素進行評價。然后,運用SWOT分析法,確定出該行企業(yè)年金業(yè)務的戰(zhàn)略備選方案,通過對戰(zhàn)略類型的理解、戰(zhàn)略方案的初步篩選和QSPM定量分析,最終確定該行企業(yè)年金業(yè)務應采用發(fā)展型戰(zhàn)略態(tài)勢。最后,本文運用戰(zhàn)略管理的理論和方法,結合戰(zhàn)略態(tài)勢選擇,確定出業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略目標,并對從公司戰(zhàn)略、經營戰(zhàn)略兩個層次,提出該行企業(yè)年金發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。為實現(xiàn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,本文還從市場營銷、財務、人力資源、研發(fā)與產品四個方面提出具體的發(fā)展策略,從而有效保證山東省建行企業(yè)年金業(yè)務發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施。
[Abstract]:Enterprise annuity is a supplementary old-age insurance system established voluntarily by enterprises and workers on the basis of participating in basic old-age insurance. After the implementation of the trial measures for Enterprise annuity in May 2004 and the trial measures for the Administration of Enterprise Pension Fund in May 2004, The enterprise annuity market of our country develops rapidly, the prelude of enterprise annuity business competition gradually unfolds. In the fierce market competition environment, how to seize the opportunity, meet the challenge and gain the advantage in the market competition is a very practical topic. This paper takes the Shandong Branch of China Construction Bank as the research object, on the basis of analyzing the enterprise annuity system of our country and the internal and external competition environment of the bank, through the unique angle of view, from the height of strategic development, This paper makes a deep research on the strategy of developing enterprise annuity. The article begins with the basic theory of enterprise annuity, introduces the basic concept of enterprise annuity and the development course of foreign enterprise annuity, and emphatically studies the regulation of enterprise annuity system in our country. Then, the internal and external environment of the enterprise annuity business is analyzed by using the management analysis method, the PEST analysis method and the five-force model, and the internal and external environmental factors are evaluated by the EFE matrix. Then, by using the SWOT analysis method, the strategic alternatives of the enterprise annuity business of the bank are determined. Through the understanding of the strategic type, the preliminary screening of the strategic plan and the quantitative analysis of the QSPM, Finally, it is determined that the enterprise annuity business of the bank should adopt a developmental strategic posture. Finally, this paper uses the theory and method of strategic management, combined with the choice of strategic situation, determines the business strategic objectives, and puts forward the development strategy of enterprise annuity from the two levels of company strategy and management strategy. In order to realize the development strategy, this paper also puts forward specific development strategies from four aspects: marketing, finance, human resources, R & D and products, so as to effectively guarantee the implementation of the development strategy of Shandong Construction Bank's enterprise annuity business.
