中行龍華支行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的案例分析

【摘要】:未來企業(yè)之間的競爭將是企業(yè)文化的競爭,企業(yè)文化才是企業(yè)的核心競爭力。目前世界各國對(duì)企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)越來越重視,很多發(fā)達(dá)國家更把企業(yè)文化建設(shè)視為企業(yè)保持長盛不衰的最主要?jiǎng)恿σ蛩刂。?dāng)今社會(huì),特別是在深圳這種經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),銀行間的競爭異常激烈,而銀行間的競爭已不再僅是產(chǎn)品的競爭、營銷的競爭、管理的競爭,更是企業(yè)文化的競爭。企業(yè)文化,是貫穿于企業(yè)發(fā)展全過程的、不同于其他企業(yè)的要素組合,歸根究底,企業(yè)文化是一個(gè)企業(yè)自身所特有的不同于其他企業(yè)的思維方式和行為方式。 金融業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心,其企業(yè)文化理應(yīng)站在先進(jìn)文化的前沿,因此,中行龍華支行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè),也應(yīng)時(shí)刻堅(jiān)持體現(xiàn)先進(jìn)文化的前進(jìn)方向。中行龍華支行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)決定著中行龍華支行的整體形象、競爭水平以及發(fā)展方向,在某種程度上說,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)決定了中行龍華支行的核心競爭力。中行龍華支行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè),就是中行龍華支行有目的、有計(jì)劃地確定企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值觀,培育企業(yè)精神,樹立企業(yè)規(guī)范,開展各種文化活動(dòng),調(diào)動(dòng)員工的積極性,提高員工素質(zhì)所采取的措施和開展的工作。建設(shè)優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化,,是中行龍華支行自身發(fā)展的需要,是提高自身競爭力的需要,更是時(shí)代進(jìn)步的要求。 本文在綜合論述國內(nèi)外有關(guān)企業(yè)文化理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過文獻(xiàn)綜述分析、實(shí)證研究等手段,研究了中行龍華支行在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)初期存在的各種問題以及如何通過建設(shè)優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化來解決,討論了優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的方法以及具有的實(shí)踐作用。 本文的研究成果具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)際意義。其理論意義在于彌補(bǔ)了現(xiàn)有研究對(duì)我國國有銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究的不足;其實(shí)踐意義是這些研究對(duì)加強(qiáng)中行龍華支行現(xiàn)階段的企業(yè)文化建設(shè),提高中行龍華支行的核心競爭力,促進(jìn)其持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The competition between enterprises in the future will be the competition of corporate culture, which is the core competitiveness of enterprises. At present, more and more countries in the world attach importance to the construction of corporate culture, and many developed countries regard the construction of corporate culture as one of the most important driving factors for enterprises to maintain their prosperity. In today's society, especially in Shenzhen, the competition between banks is extremely fierce, and the competition between banks is no longer just the competition of products, marketing, management, and the competition of enterprise culture. Corporate culture, which runs through the whole process of enterprise development, is different from the combination of elements of other enterprises. In the final analysis, enterprise culture is a unique mode of thinking and behavior different from other enterprises. As the core of economic development, the enterprise culture of financial industry should stand at the forefront of advanced culture. Therefore, the construction of enterprise culture of Longhua Branch of Bank of China should always embody the forward direction of advanced culture. The corporate culture construction of the Bank of China Longhua Branch determines the overall image, competition level and development direction of the Bank of China Longhua Branch. To some extent, the construction of corporate culture determines the core competitiveness of the Bank of China Longhua Branch. The construction of the corporate culture of the Longhua Branch of Bank of China is to establish the core values of the enterprise, cultivate the enterprise spirit, establish enterprise norms, carry out various cultural activities, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff in a purposeful and planned way. Measures taken to improve the quality of employees and the work carried out. The construction of excellent corporate culture is the need of the development of the Longhua Branch of Bank of China, the need of improving its own competitiveness, and the requirement of the progress of the times. On the basis of synthetically discussing the theories and practical experiences of corporate culture at home and abroad, this paper makes a literature review and analysis, empirical research and other means. This paper studies the problems existing in the initial stage of the enterprise culture construction of the Longhua Branch of Bank of China and how to solve the problems through the construction of the excellent enterprise culture, and discusses the methods and the practical functions of the construction of the excellent enterprise culture. The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance. Its theoretical significance is to make up for the deficiency of the existing research on the enterprise culture construction of state-owned banks in China. The practical significance of these studies is to strengthen the corporate culture construction of the Longhua Branch of Bank of China at the present stage. It is of great practical significance to improve the core competitiveness of Bank of China Longhua Branch and promote its sustainable and healthy development.
