三門峽市農村信用社企業(yè)文化建設研究

【摘要】:隨著中國市場的企業(yè)競爭日趨激烈,我國經濟體制改革不斷深入,許多企業(yè)面臨企業(yè)改制、戰(zhàn)略轉型等管理變革問題,企業(yè)文化已逐漸成為能否順利實現管理變革的最大制約因素。前GE總裁杰克韋爾奇說:“健康向上的企業(yè)文化是一個企業(yè)戰(zhàn)無不勝的動力之源。”我國著名經濟學家于光遠說:“關于發(fā)展,三流企業(yè)靠生產,二流企業(yè)靠營銷,,一流企業(yè)靠文化!焙柕氖紫瘓(zhí)行官張瑞敏說過:“企業(yè)文化是海爾的核心競爭力!钡窃谥袊髽I(yè)文化的建設過程中,由于直接引進了企業(yè)文化的管理形式,而對企業(yè)文化的內涵、實質等缺乏認真細致的研究。如果企業(yè)想在激烈的競爭環(huán)境下生存,并最終獲得勝利,構建優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化是最為重要的一個手段,也就是說,誰擁有優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,誰就擁有持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢、效益優(yōu)勢以及發(fā)展優(yōu)勢。企業(yè)文化作為一種新型的高層次管理手段,在經營管理中發(fā)揮著不可替代的重要作用,在農信社深化體制改革、加快向現代金融機構轉變的過程中,越來越多的農信社認識到,必須建設和發(fā)展具有時代特征和自己特色的企業(yè)文化,用先進的文化促進農信社的發(fā)展,才能在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地。如何加強企業(yè)文化的建設,推動農信社企業(yè)文化建設實現質的飛躍,具有重要的理論意義和現實意義。本文通過采用實證分析法對三門峽市農村信用社企業(yè)文化建設現狀進行定性分析,并對三門峽市農村信用社員工進行調查研究,分析了三門峽市農村信用社企業(yè)文化建設取得的成績、存在的問題,探尋三門峽市農村信用社企業(yè)文化建設的對策。根據國內外企業(yè)文化建設和其他銀行業(yè)金融機構企業(yè)文化建設情況,按照河南省農村信用社企業(yè)文化建設的總體思路和建設規(guī)劃,提出了三門峽市農村信用社企業(yè)文化建設的指導思想、原則、目標以及改進等內容,并提出了完善三門峽市農村信用社企業(yè)文化建設的保障措施。本文雖然只針對三門峽市農村信用社所設計,但是對其它農信社(農商行)企業(yè)文化建設也有一定的借鑒意義。

Yu Guangyuan, a famous economist in China, said: "about development, the third-class enterprises rely on production, the second-rate enterprises rely on marketing, and the first-rate enterprises rely on culture." Haier's CEO Zhang Ruimin said: "Corporate culture is Haier's core competitiveness." However, in the process of construction of Chinese corporate culture, due to the direct introduction of corporate culture management form, there is a lack of careful research on the connotation and essence of enterprise culture. If an enterprise wants to survive in a competitive environment and ultimately win, building an excellent corporate culture is the most important means, that is, who has a good corporate culture, who has a sustained competitive advantage. Benefit advantage and development advantage. As a new type of high-level management means, corporate culture plays an irreplaceable role in management. In the process of deepening the reform of rural credit cooperatives and speeding up the transition to modern financial institutions, more and more rural credit cooperatives realize that, It is necessary to build and develop the enterprise culture with the characteristics of the times and own characteristics, and to promote the development of the rural credit cooperative with the advanced culture, in order to be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and promote the construction of enterprise culture of rural credit cooperatives to achieve a qualitative leap. This paper makes a qualitative analysis on the present situation of enterprise culture construction of rural credit cooperatives in Sanmenxia by using the empirical analysis method, and investigates the employees of the rural credit cooperatives in Sanmenxia. This paper analyzes the achievements and problems in the enterprise culture construction of the rural credit cooperatives in Sanmenxia city, and probes into the countermeasures for the enterprise culture construction of the rural credit cooperatives in Sanmenxia city. According to the situation of enterprise culture construction at home and abroad and other banking and financial institutions, and according to the overall thinking and construction plan of enterprise culture construction of Henan rural credit cooperatives, This paper puts forward the guiding ideology, principle, goal and improvement of the enterprise culture construction of Sanmenxia rural credit cooperative, and puts forward the guarantee measures to perfect the enterprise culture construction of Sanmenxia rural credit cooperative. Although this paper is only designed for Sanmenxia Rural Credit Cooperative, it has some reference significance for other rural credit cooperatives (agribusiness) enterprise culture construction.
