【摘要】：20世紀(jì)70年代末期以來(lái)的中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革大潮,推動(dòng)了資本市場(chǎng)在我國(guó)境內(nèi)的萌生和發(fā)展。經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)十年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的規(guī)模不斷壯大,制度不斷完善,已經(jīng)由一個(gè)摸索嘗試市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹袊?guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中的一個(gè)重要組成部分,成為推動(dòng)所有制變革和改進(jìn)資源配置方式的重要力量。隨著我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的不斷發(fā)展,上市公司作為市場(chǎng)主體也不斷發(fā)展壯大。從理論上講,上市公司本身具有的制度優(yōu)勢(shì)和融資渠道方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),使得上市公司一般成為行業(yè)內(nèi)或者地區(qū)的佼佼者,從而對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的地位。 山東省是沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)大省,GGDP總量位居全國(guó)第三,而且山東省股票發(fā)行起步較早,1993年青島啤酒已在上海證券交易所掛牌交易。經(jīng)過(guò)近二十年的發(fā)展,截至2010年底,山東省已有130家公司的134只股票在滬深交易所上市,但是山東省上市公司的整體發(fā)展水平與其他經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力相當(dāng)?shù)氖》菹啾?特別是與廣東省相比,還有很大的差距,規(guī)模小、成長(zhǎng)性差、產(chǎn)業(yè)分布不合理等問(wèn)題尤為突出。那么,山東省上市公司對(duì)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是否有促進(jìn)作用,或者這種促進(jìn)作用有多大。本文試圖通過(guò)理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的方法,清楚反映山東省上市公司對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)。 本文首先總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)上市公司與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)系的研究成果；其次,系統(tǒng)描述了山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)和上市公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并通過(guò)與其他幾個(gè)省份的比較,對(duì)山東省上市公司的發(fā)展有了清晰的定位；然后切入到論文的主體部分,在對(duì)上市公司促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從GDP貢獻(xiàn)、稅收貢獻(xiàn)、解決就業(yè)三個(gè)方面測(cè)算了山東省上市公司對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)。 本文在山東省上市公司對(duì)GDP貢獻(xiàn)的研究中,從直接貢獻(xiàn)和間接貢獻(xiàn)兩個(gè)角度測(cè)算了山東省上市公司對(duì)GDP的貢獻(xiàn)。在山東省上市公司對(duì)GGDP的直接貢獻(xiàn)研究中,引入了上市公司增加值概念,測(cè)算了上市公司增加值占GDP的比重以及上市公司增加值對(duì)GDP增長(zhǎng)率的貢獻(xiàn)。上市公司的間接貢獻(xiàn)主要是指上市公司投資活動(dòng)通過(guò)乘數(shù)效應(yīng)引起相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)或部門(mén)的協(xié)同增長(zhǎng)。本文利用投資乘數(shù)和上市公司的投資數(shù)據(jù),測(cè)算了山東省上市公司對(duì)GDP的間接貢獻(xiàn)。從測(cè)算的結(jié)果看,從2006年到2010年,山東省上市公司增加值增長(zhǎng)速度較高,但是山東省上市公司增加值占GDP的比重還很小,這說(shuō)明山東省上市公司對(duì)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了一定貢獻(xiàn),但是貢獻(xiàn)還不顯著。山東省上市公司通過(guò)乘數(shù)效應(yīng)對(duì)GDP做出的貢獻(xiàn)要高于其本身創(chuàng)造的增加值對(duì)GDP做出的貢獻(xiàn)。另外,從各地市的情況看,山東省各地市上市公司對(duì)GDP的全部動(dòng)態(tài)貢獻(xiàn)起伏較大,沒(méi)有一個(gè)地市的上市公司一直拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:The spring tide of China's economic reform since the late 1970s has promoted the emergence and development of the capital market in China. After decades of development, China's capital market has grown in scale and its system has been continuously improved. It has changed from a trial market to an important part of China's market economy system. To promote ownership reform and improve the allocation of resources an important force. With the development of capital market in China, listed companies as the main body of the market are also growing. Theoretically speaking, the listed company itself has the system superiority and the financing channel aspect superiority, causes the listed company to become the profession or the regional leader generally, thus has the pivotal position to the regional economic development. Shandong Province has the third largest gross domestic product (GDP) in the coastal economy, and the stock issue of Shandong Province started early. In 1993, Tsing Tao Beer was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. After nearly 20 years of development, by the end of 2010, 134 stocks of 130 companies in Shandong Province had been listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, but the overall level of development of listed companies in Shandong Province was compared with that of other provinces with comparable economic strength. Compared with Guangdong Province, there are many problems, such as small scale, poor growth and unreasonable industrial distribution. So, Shandong Province listed companies to promote local economic development, or how much this promotion. This paper attempts to reflect clearly the contribution of listed companies in Shandong Province to the development of regional economy through the combination of theory and practice. This paper first summarizes the research results of the relationship between listed companies and regional economic development at home and abroad. Secondly, it systematically describes the development status of Shandong economy and listed companies, and compares them with other provinces. The development of listed companies in Shandong Province has a clear positioning, and then cut into the main part of the paper, on the basis of theoretical analysis of the listed companies to promote regional economic development, from the contribution of GDP, tax contribution, The contribution of listed companies in Shandong Province to regional economic development is estimated from three aspects of employment. In the study of the contribution of listed companies to GDP in Shandong Province, this paper estimates the contribution of listed companies to GDP from the perspective of direct contribution and indirect contribution. In the study of the direct contribution of listed companies to GGDP in Shandong Province, the concept of added value of listed companies is introduced, and the proportion of added value of listed companies in GDP and the contribution of added value of listed companies to the growth rate of GDP are calculated. The indirect contribution of listed companies mainly refers to the synergistic growth of related industries or departments caused by the investment activities of listed companies through multiplier effect. Based on the investment multiplier and the investment data of listed companies, this paper calculates the indirect contribution of listed companies to GDP in Shandong Province. From the results of the calculation, from 2006 to 2010, the increase rate of added value of listed companies in Shandong Province is relatively high, but the proportion of added value of listed companies in GDP in Shandong Province is still very small. This shows that the listed companies in Shandong Province have made some contributions to the economic development of Shandong Province, but the contribution is not significant. The contribution of Shandong listed companies to GDP through multiplier effect is higher than that of added value created by themselves to GDP. In addition, from the situation of each prefecture and city, the whole dynamic contribution of listed companies to GDP in Shandong Province is fluctuating greatly, and none of the listed companies in prefectural cities has been driving the economic growth.
