【摘要】：福建省自20世紀(jì)70年代末開始吸引外商直接投資(FDI),到21世紀(jì),外資經(jīng)濟(jì)在福建省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中已經(jīng)占有重要地位。截止2010年底,福建省共簽訂外商直接投資合同數(shù)44843個(gè),合同利用外商直接投資金額共計(jì)1549.4億美元,實(shí)際利用外商直接投資金額共計(jì)1044.7億美元。但是,外商直接投資在福建省的地區(qū)分布極度不平衡,80%以上分布在福州、莆田、廈門、泉州和漳州等經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度高于其他地區(qū)的區(qū)域。因此討論福建省外商直接投資的區(qū)域分布狀況,找出影響福建省外商直接投資區(qū)域分布差異的影響因素,對(duì)調(diào)整福建省利用外資政策、促進(jìn)福建省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文從FDI相關(guān)理論出發(fā),概括出影響外商直接投資區(qū)位選擇的兩大類因素：客觀因素和傳統(tǒng)因素；然后對(duì)福建省外商直接投資區(qū)域分布狀況進(jìn)行了分析,并在該分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用大量數(shù)據(jù)資料,選取適當(dāng)變量,采用社會(huì)科學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS19.0對(duì)選取的變量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析、因子分析和回歸分析,驗(yàn)證了影響福建省FDI地區(qū)分布差異的因素主要為成本、集聚、市場(chǎng)、制度等傳統(tǒng)因素。最后對(duì)整個(gè)研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),并結(jié)合福建省利用FDI的實(shí)際情況提出了利用外商直接投資的幾點(diǎn)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Fujian province began to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) since the end of 1970s. By twenty-first Century, the foreign capital economy has played an important role in the economic development of Fujian province. By the end of 2010, there were 44843 direct foreign direct investment contracts in Fujian Province, and the amount of foreign direct investment in the contract was 154 billion 940 million dollars, and the foreign direct investment was actually used. The total amount of funds is 104 billion 470 million dollars. However, the distribution of foreign direct investment in Fujian province is extremely unbalanced, and the economic growth rate of more than 80% in Fuzhou, Putian, Xiamen, Quanzhou and Zhangzhou is higher than that of other regions. Therefore, the regional distribution of FDI in Fujian Province is discussed, and the direct investment in Fujian province is found. The factors affecting the regional distribution of capital are of great significance for adjusting Fujian's policy of utilizing foreign capital and promoting the economic development of Fujian province.
From the FDI related theory, this paper generalizes two major factors that affect the location selection of Foreign Direct Investment: objective factors and traditional factors, and then analyses the regional distribution of foreign direct investment in Fujian Province, and on the basis of this analysis, use a large amount of data, select appropriate variables and adopt social science statistics software. SPSS19.0 on the selected variables to carry out correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis, verified that the factors affecting the distribution difference in the FDI region of Fujian province are mainly cost, agglomeration, market, system and other traditional factors. Finally, the whole research is summarized, and the actual situation of the use of FDI in Fujian province is put forward to make use of foreign direct investment. Point out the policy recommendations.
