【摘要】：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資區(qū)別于債務(wù)等其它融資模式的優(yōu)勢在于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資家除了對(duì)企業(yè)提供必要資金外,還提供了非資本增值服務(wù),而非資本增值服務(wù)對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有積極的推動(dòng)作用。由于非資本增值服務(wù)對(duì)于企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效難以度量,長期以來學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)非資本增值服務(wù)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效之間關(guān)系的研究存在比較大的分歧。從非資本增值服務(wù)內(nèi)容和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效形式出發(fā),運(yùn)用實(shí)證方法分析了非資本增值服務(wù)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效之間的聯(lián)系。同時(shí),為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資家提供和高新技術(shù)企業(yè)在多大程度上接受非資本增值服務(wù)提供了決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The advantage of venture capital differs from other financing modes such as debt is that venture capitalists not only provide necessary funds to enterprises but also provide non-capital value-added services and non-capital value-added services have a positive role in promoting enterprises' technological innovation. Since it is difficult to measure the performance of technological innovation by non-capital value-added services, there are many differences in the research on the relationship between non-capital value-added services and technological innovation performance in academic circles for a long time. Based on the content of non-capital value-added service and the form of technological innovation performance, this paper analyzes the relationship between non-capital value-added service and technological innovation performance by empirical method. At the same time, it provides the decision basis for the venture capitalists to provide and the high-tech enterprises to accept the non-capital value-added service.
