【摘要】：隨著虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,虛擬貨幣作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的新型交易工具正蓬勃興起。盡管虛擬貨幣與電子貨幣經(jīng)常引起人們的混淆,但是與電子貨幣不同,虛擬貨幣仍處于發(fā)展初期,人們對(duì)虛擬貨幣的定義一直眾說紛紜,對(duì)其分類更是各執(zhí)一詞。雖然虛擬貨幣在金融市場上的自由流通尚欠火候,但是其與現(xiàn)實(shí)貨幣的兌換已然初現(xiàn)端倪。對(duì)于這種"貨幣",只有先對(duì)其做出明確界定,才方便在流通中和法律上規(guī)范各方行為。
[Abstract]:With the development of virtual economy, virtual currency as a new trading tool in the network era is booming. Although virtual money and electronic currency often cause confusion, but different from electronic currency, virtual currency is still in the early stage of development, people have different opinions on the definition of virtual currency, and their classification is even more consistent. Although the free circulation of virtual currency in the financial market is still in short supply, its exchange with real money has already begun to emerge. To this kind of "money", it is convenient to regulate the behavior of all parties in circulation and in law only by defining it clearly.
