【摘要】：近代中國(guó)信托思想變遷三十余年,由單純介紹信托學(xué)理最終演變?yōu)橐粓?chǎng)對(duì)本國(guó)信托機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的探索。受制于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平低下、社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩、信用機(jī)制不完善等因素,信托市場(chǎng)需求不足導(dǎo)致信托業(yè)務(wù)不振,信托思想的變遷得不到實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)的依托,功效不佳。由于缺乏政府的積極引導(dǎo),專業(yè)人士成為這場(chǎng)探索的主導(dǎo)力量,他們倡導(dǎo)的"中國(guó)化的信托制度"著眼于短期目標(biāo),對(duì)行業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)制度與功能定位缺乏長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃,不利于信托業(yè)務(wù)的推廣,阻礙了信托機(jī)構(gòu)的專業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)之路。這場(chǎng)對(duì)本土化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的探索既沒(méi)有促進(jìn)信托業(yè)務(wù)在中國(guó)的推廣和運(yùn)用,也沒(méi)有造就真正的信托機(jī)構(gòu),甚至在培育民眾的信托心理方面也收效甚微,信托思想變遷的最大成果只是引進(jìn)了"信托"的概念。
[Abstract]:For more than 30 years, the theory of trust in modern China has evolved from a simple introduction of trust theory to an exploration of the management mode of trust institutions in China. Restricted by the low level of economic development, social unrest, imperfect credit mechanism and other factors, the insufficient demand for trust market leads to the trust business is weak, the change of trust thought can not be supported by the actual operation, and the effect is not good. Due to the lack of active guidance from the government, professionals have become the leading force in this exploration. The "Chinese-style trust system" they advocate focuses on short-term objectives and lacks long-term planning for the operation system and functional positioning of the industry. It is not conducive to the promotion of trust business and hinders the professional operation of trust institutions. This exploration of the localization business model has neither promoted the promotion and application of trust business in China, nor has it brought up a real trust institution, nor has it even achieved little effect in cultivating the trust psychology of the people. The biggest achievement of the change of trust thought is the introduction of the concept of "trust".
