【摘要】：企業(yè)規(guī)模較小甚至以農(nóng)戶為單位的農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,對農(nóng)村中小金融機(jī)構(gòu)的建立和完善提出了強(qiáng)烈的需求,而以政府主導(dǎo)的農(nóng)村金融改革卻成效甚微。本文從農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展引發(fā)對農(nóng)村中小金融機(jī)構(gòu)的誘制性制度需求與政府代表的強(qiáng)制性制度供給兩方面的分析得出:農(nóng)村地方中小金融機(jī)構(gòu)制度建設(shè),是農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的客觀要求,同時(shí)也符合國家的效用函數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The development of rural economy with small enterprises and even farmers as the unit has put forward a strong demand for the establishment and improvement of rural small and medium-sized financial institutions, but the government-led rural financial reform has had little effect. Based on the analysis of the demand of inductive system for rural small and medium-sized financial institutions caused by the development of rural economy and the compulsory system supply of government representatives, this paper concludes that the system construction of small and medium-sized financial institutions in rural areas, Is the objective requirement of rural economic development, but also in line with the utility function of the country.
