美國小銀行商業(yè)模式研究

【摘要】:我國小銀行正呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,農(nóng)村信用社的改革在如火如荼的進行,村鎮(zhèn)銀行也在國家政策的鼓勵下不斷興起。但是如何提升我國小銀行的核心競爭力來確保其發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性是需要進行深層次思考的問題。美國小銀行在經(jīng)歷了金融監(jiān)管變遷、信息技術進步以及多次經(jīng)濟金融危機的影響后,數(shù)量仍然占據(jù)銀行體系的絕大部分,在競爭中生存下來的小銀行也表現(xiàn)出了健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的能力。因此研究美國小銀行的生存之道并為我國小銀行發(fā)展提供借鑒具有深遠的意義。本文研究的主要目的是美國小銀行是否存在一種獨特的商業(yè)模式使其能夠在市場競爭中立足,如果存在的話,具體的表現(xiàn)形式如何。 本文首先基于商業(yè)模式的相關理論界定了小銀行商業(yè)模式的概念和構成要素,并結合小銀行優(yōu)勢奠定了全文分析的邏輯框架和理論基礎。接下來本文對美國小銀行的發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹,并具體分析了其獨特的商業(yè)模式,最后在總結美國小銀行商業(yè)模式特征的基礎上提出了值得我國小銀行借鑒的相關內(nèi)容。本文認為美國小銀行在面臨越來越激烈的市場競爭時,表現(xiàn)出了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力,因此得出小銀行擁有獨特商業(yè)模式的結論。美國小銀行獨特的商業(yè)模式具體表現(xiàn)在:價值創(chuàng)造方面盈利模式與業(yè)務模式保持一致,小銀行以提供傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)務獲取收入為主,即主要通過存款業(yè)務獲得資金,并為中小企業(yè)和農(nóng)場主提供貸款獲取利息收入,,在創(chuàng)造自身價值的同時也為客戶創(chuàng)造了價值;基礎設施方面小銀行內(nèi)部的客戶關系、公司治理結構和組織構成以及生存的外部市場環(huán)境、監(jiān)管環(huán)境、存款保險制度以及行業(yè)協(xié)會等都為價值創(chuàng)造提供了良好的條件。我國小銀行在業(yè)務發(fā)展重點、公司治理結構、客戶關系以及外部環(huán)境上都值得結合自身的實際情況向美國小銀行學習。
[Abstract]:The reform of rural credit cooperatives is in full swing, and the village banks are also rising under the encouragement of national policies. However, how to improve the core competitiveness of small banks to ensure the sustainability of their development is a matter of deep consideration. After experiencing changes in financial regulation, advances in information technology and the impact of many economic and financial crises, the number of small banks in the United States still accounts for the vast majority of the banking system. Small banks that survive the competition have also shown their ability to grow healthily and steadily. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the survival of American small banks and to provide reference for the development of small banks in China. The main purpose of this study is whether there is a unique business model for small American banks to be able to establish themselves in the market competition, and if so, what are the specific forms of expression. This paper first defines the concept and elements of small bank business model based on the relevant theory of business model, and establishes the logical framework and theoretical foundation of the full text analysis combined with the advantage of small bank. Then this paper introduces the development and current situation of American small banks, and analyzes its unique business model. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of American small banks' business model, the paper puts forward some relevant contents which are worthy of our country's small banks' reference. This paper argues that American small banks have shown the ability of sustainable development in the face of more and more fierce market competition, so we draw the conclusion that small banks have a unique business model. The unique business models of American small banks are as follows: the profit model of value creation is consistent with the business model, and small banks mainly obtain income by providing traditional banking business, that is to say, they mainly obtain funds through deposit business. And to provide loans to small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers to earn interest income, creating value for their own value as well as creating value for their customers; customer relations within small banks in terms of infrastructure, Corporate governance structure and organizational structure as well as the survival of the external market environment regulatory environment deposit insurance system and industry associations all provide good conditions for value creation. Small banks in our country are worth learning from American small banks in terms of business development, corporate governance structure, customer relationship and external environment.
