【摘要】：貨幣政策作為國家宏觀調(diào)控的重要手段，通過社會資金總量的調(diào)節(jié)對國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要作用。隨著政策影響的范圍不斷加大，大眾對于貨幣政策的信息需求也是日益增加。貨幣政策新聞由最初公告式報道發(fā)展為后來的解讀性報道，報道的形式呈現(xiàn)多元化發(fā)展的趨勢。媒體的政策解讀報道是一個信息釋放過程，大眾媒體通過對貨幣政策進行預測、報道、分析和闡釋來填補意義的空白，提供信息的同時也在引導受眾輿論。本文從貨幣政策自身特點出發(fā)，對解讀報道的歷史和現(xiàn)狀進行梳理，從如何實現(xiàn)解讀的專業(yè)性與可讀性的統(tǒng)一方面進行了分析。首先，文章從解讀主體的角色模糊，解讀觀點的碎片化呈現(xiàn)對政策解讀的真實性進行了闡釋，其次，以動態(tài)傳播理論對解讀報道分析全局性進行，力求報道具有全面性、專業(yè)性和深度性。最后，對解讀報道的可讀性進行了探討，并提出了解讀的辦法，力圖使媒體更好的對貨幣政策進行全方位解讀，令報道更具時效性、客觀性、通俗性和可讀性。
[Abstract]:As an important means of national macro-control, monetary policy plays an important role in the development of national economy through the adjustment of the total amount of social funds. With the increasing influence of policy, the demand for information on monetary policy is increasing. The monetary policy news developed from the initial announcement report to the later interpretive report, and the form of the report showed a trend of diversified development. The policy interpretation and report of the media is a process of information release. The mass media fill the gap of meaning by forecasting, reporting, analyzing and explaining monetary policy, while providing information and guiding the public opinion of the audience at the same time. Based on the characteristics of monetary policy, this paper combs the history and present situation of the interpretation and reports, and analyzes how to realize the unification of professional and readability of interpretation. First of all, the article explains the authenticity of policy interpretation from the role ambiguity of the interpretation subject, the fragmentation of the interpretation view, and then, the dynamic communication theory is used to analyze the overall situation of the interpretation of the report, in order to achieve a comprehensive report. Finally, the readability of the reading report is discussed, and the method of interpretation is put forward, in order to make the media better interpret the monetary policy and make the report more timely, objective, popular and readable.
