新世紀(jì)期貨公司的戰(zhàn)略選擇與發(fā)展模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:[摘要]本文首先運(yùn)用PESTCL模型,從政治法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境等四個(gè)方面分析我國(guó)期貨行業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境,客觀地描述我國(guó)期貨行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,而后基于對(duì)我國(guó)期貨行業(yè)所面臨的宏觀環(huán)境分析,討論有利于我國(guó)期貨行業(yè)發(fā)展的政策需求和相對(duì)路徑。其次,本文運(yùn)用五力模型對(duì)期貨行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,將大量不同的要素匯集在一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)便的模型中,以此分析一個(gè)行業(yè)的基本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì);接下來(lái)本文對(duì)對(duì)新世紀(jì)期貨公司進(jìn)行SWOT分析,從優(yōu)勢(shì)、弱勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅四個(gè)方面分析公司存在的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,以便進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略和發(fā)展模式選擇。 基于PESTCL模型、五力模型、SWOT模型的分析,本文得出在未來(lái)國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策引導(dǎo)下的期貨行業(yè)將進(jìn)入創(chuàng)新發(fā)展期,在此背景下,新世紀(jì)期貨公司將有必要充分發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),打造核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。以產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論、服務(wù)感知質(zhì)量、混業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式等為指導(dǎo),尋求突破來(lái)規(guī)劃新世紀(jì)期貨的戰(zhàn)略選擇和發(fā)展模式,構(gòu)建在全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)視角下的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,逐步形成以顧客感知為導(dǎo)向的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新模式,同時(shí)以股權(quán)改革和整合推動(dòng)新世紀(jì)期貨公司業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Abstract: firstly, using PESTCL model, this paper analyzes the macro environment of China's futures industry from four aspects: political and legal environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment and technical environment, and objectively describes the present situation of China's futures industry. Then, based on the macro environment analysis of futures industry in China, the paper discusses the policy demand and relative path which is beneficial to the development of futures industry in China. Secondly, this paper analyzes the industrial environment of the futures industry by using the five-force model, and puts a large number of different elements together in a simple model to analyze the basic competitive situation of an industry. Then this paper makes SWOT analysis on the new century futures company, analyzes the opportunity and threat of the company from four aspects: advantage, weakness, opportunity and threat, in order to carry on the corresponding strategy and the choice of development mode. Based on the analysis of PESTCL model and five-force model and SWOT model, this paper concludes that the futures industry under the guidance of national industrial policy will enter the period of innovation and development in the future. Under this background, it is necessary for the new century futures company to give full play to its own advantages. Build core competitive power. Under the guidance of industry chain theory, service perceived quality, mixed operation mode and so on, we seek a breakthrough to plan the strategic choice and development mode of futures in the new century, and construct a business development strategy under the perspective of the competition of the whole industry chain. The service innovation mode based on customer perception is gradually formed, and the optimization and innovation of the business structure of futures companies in the new century are promoted by equity reform and integration.
