【摘要】：隨著我國農村經濟和銀行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,農村商業(yè)銀行已經成為農村金融體系中不可或缺的主體和重要組成部分,其對農村經濟發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的作用。相比較大型國家政策性銀行、大型商業(yè)銀行和其他股份制銀行,農村商業(yè)銀行具有起步晚但發(fā)展快,規(guī)模小但覆蓋面廣的特性。隨著農村商業(yè)銀行的不斷發(fā)展和壯大,對其經營管理水平也提出了新的更高的要求,而其中成本管理水平的高低對銀行生產經營活動的各個層面和銀行績效有著直接的深遠影響。所以,農村商業(yè)銀行的成本管理研究正逐漸受到學術界和實務界的廣泛關注。 本文選取TZ農村商業(yè)銀行這一農村商業(yè)銀行的成本管理作為具體研究對象,采用理論分析和實證分析相結合的方法,分析問題、提出建議、改進措施、完善管理,為國內其他農村商業(yè)銀行加強成本管理研究,具有一定的借鑒意義。首先,研究和梳理有關成本管理的已往研究文獻,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前研究成果主要注重成本管理在大型國有商業(yè)銀行中的應用,就農村商業(yè)銀行中的成本管理問題進行研究較少；其次,本文對TZ農村商業(yè)銀行2006-2010年的成本費用數(shù)據進行趨勢分析,探討對該銀行績效影響較大的成本項目的影響因素,并對該銀行的成本管理存在的問題進行分析；最后,提出加強TZ農村商業(yè)銀行成本管理的若干措施和政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of rural economy and banking in China, rural commercial banks have become an indispensable part of the rural financial system, which plays an important role in the development of rural economy. Compared with large national policy banks, large commercial banks and other joint-stock banks, rural commercial banks have the characteristics of late start but rapid development, small scale but wide coverage. With the continuous development and growth of rural commercial banks, new and higher requirements have been put forward for their management level. The level of cost management has a direct and profound impact on the production and management activities of banks and bank performance. Therefore, the research on cost management of rural commercial banks is being paid more and more attention by academic and practical circles. This paper selects TZ Rural Commercial Bank, the rural commercial bank, as the specific research object, using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to analyze the problems, put forward suggestions, improve measures, perfect management. For other rural commercial banks in China to strengthen the cost management research, has certain reference significance. First of all, research and combing the previous research literature on cost management, found that the current research results mainly focus on the application of cost management in large state-owned commercial banks, and research on the cost management in rural commercial banks is less; secondly, This paper analyzes the trend of the cost data of TZ Rural Commercial Bank from 2006 to 2010, probes into the influencing factors of the cost items which have a great impact on the bank's performance, and analyzes the problems existing in the cost management of the bank. Some measures and policy suggestions to strengthen the cost management of TZ rural commercial bank are put forward.
