【摘要】：全球金融危機通過資本流動和貿(mào)易渠道逐步由發(fā)達經(jīng)濟體向新興市場傳導,并在新興市場內(nèi)部迅速傳染,致使新興市場經(jīng)濟在各區(qū)域和區(qū)域內(nèi)部均出現(xiàn)較大分化。隨著大規(guī)模經(jīng)濟刺激政策效果的逐步顯現(xiàn),新興市場經(jīng)濟逐步走出衰退,但其面臨的風險亦不容忽視。展望未來,以中國為代表的新興市場將成為全球經(jīng)濟增長的重要引擎,同時,新興市場發(fā)展有望繼續(xù)推動全球經(jīng)濟再平衡進程穩(wěn)步向前。新興市場內(nèi)部,亞洲有望長期領(lǐng)跑;非洲將繼續(xù)穩(wěn)步崛起;拉美市場中巴西增長潛力巨大,但區(qū)域增長波動性堪憂;中東歐經(jīng)濟短期內(nèi)難以東山再起。
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis is gradually transmitted from developed economies to emerging markets through capital flows and trade channels, and spreads rapidly within emerging markets, resulting in greater differentiation of emerging market economies in all regions and regions. Along with the large-scale economic stimulus policy effect gradually appears emerging market economy step by step out of recession but it also faces the risk can not be ignored. Looking ahead, emerging markets, represented by China, will become an important engine of global growth, while emerging markets are expected to continue to push the global rebalancing process forward steadily. Within emerging markets, Asia is expected to take the lead in the long run; Africa will continue to rise steadily; Latin America has huge growth potential, but regional growth volatility is low; and central and eastern European economies are struggling to recover in the short term.
