P銀行J分行員工培訓(xùn)體系研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以后,我國的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化獲得了高速的發(fā)展,人力資源被越來越多的企業(yè)所重視。同時隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的進(jìn)一步加速,國際間的人才爭奪戰(zhàn)正日趨激烈,越來越多的企業(yè)更加看重高素質(zhì)、國際化的人才群體,作為知識載體的“人”成為企業(yè)最具價值的資本,可以說二十一世紀(jì)是各國運用人力資源追求競爭優(yōu)勢的時代。后WTO時期,隨著我國銀行業(yè)市場的全面開放,外資金融機構(gòu)的不斷進(jìn)入,我國金融市場競爭格局也發(fā)生著重大變化,這就需要高素質(zhì)的人才隊伍來保障和支持銀行戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn)。所以開發(fā)管理好人力資源,是銀行業(yè)在激烈競爭中高效運作和實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保證。本文以P銀行J分行為研究對象,旨在通過對P銀行J分行員工培訓(xùn)體系的設(shè)計,深入研究如何做好員工培訓(xùn),從而不斷提高企業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)新能力,進(jìn)而提高組織的運營績效和增強組織的核心競爭力。 本文堅持理論聯(lián)系實際,在對國內(nèi)外培訓(xùn)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用問卷調(diào)查、訪談等方法對P銀行J分行的經(jīng)營管理情況以及原有員工培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行了深入剖析,同時結(jié)合自己的工作和國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)企業(yè)的實踐經(jīng)驗,收集了大量相關(guān)信息,客觀系統(tǒng)的分析了其員工培訓(xùn)體系的現(xiàn)狀,從而根據(jù)培訓(xùn)理論和銀行實際設(shè)計一套新的適合于P銀行J分行的培訓(xùn)體系,為銀行的全面持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, the politics, economy and culture of our country have been developing at a high speed, and more enterprises attach importance to human resources. At the same time, with the arrival of knowledge economy and the further acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the battle for talents in the international community is becoming increasingly fierce. More and more enterprises are paying more attention to high-quality, internationalized talent groups. As a carrier of knowledge, "human" has become the most valuable capital of enterprises. It can be said that the 21 century is the era in which countries use human resources to pursue their competitive advantages. In the post-WTO period, with the comprehensive opening of the banking market and the continuous entry of foreign financial institutions, the competitive pattern of our financial market has also undergone significant changes, which requires a high-quality talent team to ensure and support the realization of the bank strategy. Therefore, the development and management of human resources is an important guarantee for the banking industry to operate efficiently and realize sustainable development in the fierce competition. This article takes P Bank J Branch as the research object, through the design of the P Bank J branch employee training system, deeply studies how to do well the staff training, thus unceasingly enhances the enterprise's learning innovation ability, Then improve the organization's operational performance and enhance the core competitiveness of the organization. Based on the research of training theory at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the management situation of J branch of P Bank and the training system of the original staff by means of questionnaire, interview and so on. At the same time, combined with their own work and the practical experience of advanced enterprises at home and abroad, collected a large number of relevant information, objectively and systematically analyzed the current situation of their staff training system. According to the training theory and bank practice, a new training system suitable for P Bank J Branch is designed, which lays the foundation for the bank's overall sustainable development.
