【摘要】：中國碳金融的發(fā)展與建設(shè)是一個系統(tǒng)工程,必須從系統(tǒng)學(xué)的高度把碳金融體系的建立與完善放到國家戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的層次,從碳金融環(huán)境體系、碳金融調(diào)控體系、碳金融監(jiān)管體系、碳金融組織體系、碳金融市場體系、碳金融業(yè)務(wù)體系和碳金融工具體系7個子系統(tǒng)來構(gòu)建我國的碳金融體系,爭取國際碳交易定價的主動權(quán)和碳交易計價結(jié)算貨幣的參與權(quán),推進人民幣國際化進程,在21世紀(jì)的世界經(jīng)濟舞臺上擁有更多的話語權(quán)和決定權(quán)。
[Abstract]:The development and construction of carbon finance in China is a systematic project. It is necessary to put the establishment and improvement of carbon finance system into the level of national strategic development from the high level of systematics, from carbon financial environment system, carbon finance regulation system, carbon finance supervision system, carbon finance organization system, carbon finance market system, carbon finance business system and carbon finance. The 7 subsystems of the tool system construct China's carbon financial system, strive for the initiative of international carbon trading pricing and the right to participate in the settlement of the currency of carbon trading, promote the process of internationalization of RMB, and have more power of discourse and decision in the world economic stage of twenty-first Century.
