M銀行交易融資管理體系問題與對策研究

【摘要】:在我國社會經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型之際,經(jīng)過十五年發(fā)展的M銀行提出了業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,明確了自己的市場定位,決心要做服務(wù)于民營企業(yè)、中小企業(yè)和高端個人客戶的銀行,這在中國商業(yè)銀行界是一個創(chuàng)新,也是一個戰(zhàn)略決策,它將使M銀行脫胎換骨,成為一個更有競爭力,能夠更有效地為社會創(chuàng)造價值的銀行。為了實現(xiàn)這一戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,M銀行適時地提出了“交易融資”這一服務(wù)品牌作為實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型的工具之一“交易融資”是指對生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易或物流等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的企業(yè),通過運用結(jié)構(gòu)性短期融資工具,采用一種或多種產(chǎn)品模式,以債權(quán)、貨權(quán)或其他形式做擔保,在能有效控制企業(yè)資金流、信息流和物流的前提下為企業(yè)提供的融資服務(wù),它改變了傳統(tǒng)融資業(yè)務(wù)模式下民營企業(yè)融資難的頑疾,M銀行也借此迅速擴大了民營企業(yè)客戶群,帶動了各項業(yè)務(wù)的全面發(fā)展。 為適應(yīng)交易融資業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,M銀行針對交易融資的特點,在原有信貸管理體系基礎(chǔ)上進行了改造,例如增設(shè)了業(yè)務(wù)管理機構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)機構(gòu),改進了風險控制流程,并配套了一系列管理辦法。在近幾年的實踐過程中,交易融資管理體系運轉(zhuǎn)良好,取得了良好的市場效果,在客戶心中樹立了M銀行真誠、專業(yè)、嚴謹、智慧、靈活的形象,有效推動了M銀行交易融資業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,但同時,也曾遇到了一些困難和障礙,因此需要從實踐出發(fā),全方位、多角度的來重新審視M銀行交易融資管理體系中的得與失、總結(jié)其中的成功經(jīng)驗和不足,為未來M銀行交易融資業(yè)務(wù)健康快速發(fā)展,踐行M銀行民營企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略提供切實可行的意見和建議。 本文以M銀行交易融資管理體系為課題,借鑒現(xiàn)有交易融資理論,結(jié)合工作實踐,通過深入調(diào)查研究,重點關(guān)注M銀行交易融資管理體系中例如管理架構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品方案、制度流程、人員配置、考核激勵、風險防范等方面存在的問題,分析問題存在原因,進而提出解決的方向和策略。本文側(cè)重實踐研究,對常見的銀行金融產(chǎn)品只做簡單的概念性描述,不過多贅述。
[Abstract]:At the time of our country's social and economic transformation, after 15 years of development, M Bank has proposed a business transformation, has clearly defined its market position, and is determined to be a bank serving private enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and high-end individual customers. This is an innovation and a strategic decision in China's commercial banking sector. It will transform M Bank into a more competitive and effective bank that can create value for the society. In order to realize this strategic transformation, Bank M puts forward "transaction financing" as one of the tools to realize the transformation, which refers to the enterprises in the fields of production, trade or logistics. Through the use of structured short-term financing instruments, the use of one or more product models, secured by creditor's rights, goods rights or other forms, to provide financing services to enterprises on the premise of effective control of capital flows, information flows and logistics, It has changed the traditional financing business model of private enterprise financing difficult disease M bank also quickly expanded the customer base of private enterprises to promote the overall development of various business. In order to adapt to the development of transaction financing business, Bank M has reformed on the basis of the original credit management system, such as the establishment of business management organization, product research and development organization, and the improvement of risk control process. And a series of supporting management measures. In the process of practice in recent years, the transaction financing management system has worked well and achieved good market results. It has set up a sincere, professional, rigorous, intelligent and flexible image of M Bank in the customer's mind. It has effectively promoted the development of M bank transaction financing business, but at the same time, it has encountered some difficulties and obstacles. Therefore, it is necessary to re-examine the gains and losses in M bank transaction financing management system from the point of view of practice, omnidirectional and multi-angle. Summing up the successful experiences and shortcomings, this paper provides practical suggestions and suggestions for the healthy and rapid development of M Bank's transaction financing business and the implementation of M Bank's private enterprise strategy in the future. In this paper, M Bank transaction financing management system as the subject, draw lessons from the existing transaction financing theory, combined with work practice, through in-depth investigation and research, focus on M Bank transaction financing management system, such as management structure, product plan, System flow, personnel allocation, examination incentive, risk prevention and other aspects of the problems, analysis of the causes of the problem, and then put forward the direction and strategy to solve the problem. This paper focuses on practical research and gives a simple conceptual description of common banking financial products.
