【摘要】：社會責任投資作為一種新的投資方式，在歐美發(fā)達國家已發(fā)展成為一個主要的投資市場經濟。因此，這種新型投資受到眾多投資者的青睞。 本文的目的是在中國的情況，首先分析發(fā)展社會責任投資基金為建立企業(yè)社會責任，，完善資本市場，促進可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義；其次，國內推行社會責任投資基金的可行性分析，包括法律和規(guī)章已發(fā)行，資本市場的不斷完善和社會公共責任的強化創(chuàng)新意識；最后，探討性地提出了一系列發(fā)展中國社會責任投資基金的政策建議，包括從法律原則，制度因素，配套措施，建立社會責任投資基金。是我們促進社會責任投資基金發(fā)展的寶貴財富，我們應該進一步研究。
[Abstract]:As a new way of investment, social responsibility investment has developed into a major investment market economy in developed countries in Europe and America. Therefore, this new type of investment is favored by many investors. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the social responsibility investment fund in China. First, it is of great significance to establish corporate social responsibility, to perfect the capital market and to promote sustainable development. The feasibility analysis of implementing social responsibility investment fund in China, including the issuance of laws and regulations, the continuous improvement of capital market and the strengthening of innovation consciousness of social public responsibility; finally, This paper puts forward a series of policy suggestions for the development of social responsibility investment fund in China, including legal principles, institutional factors, supporting measures, and the establishment of social responsibility investment fund. Is our promotion social responsibility investment fund development precious wealth, we should further study.
