SW集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:虛擬盤金融衍生品杠桿交易行業(yè)在發(fā)達國家已經(jīng)歷近三十多年的快速發(fā)展,迄今,雖然在全球范圍內(nèi)這一行業(yè)仍然處在一個快速成長的階段,但各國市場競爭日趨激烈,行業(yè)客戶服務(wù)整體水平比較高,客戶議價能力較強,客戶轉(zhuǎn)換率較高,另外,在經(jīng)歷了2008年爆發(fā)的全球金融危機之后,各國的金融監(jiān)管環(huán)境在不斷地發(fā)生變化,監(jiān)管環(huán)境變得越來越復(fù)雜,金融衍生品交易市場監(jiān)管政策也趨向嚴格,使行業(yè)經(jīng)營風險變大,同時,信息技術(shù)及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅猛發(fā)展,尤其是近年移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅猛發(fā)展,極大地改變了市場參與者的運營模式和客戶交易方式,在這些因素的相互作用下,SW集團現(xiàn)有穩(wěn)定型的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略已顯現(xiàn)出一定的局限性,SW集團發(fā)展面臨著較大的挑戰(zhàn),因此,為保持集團持續(xù)穩(wěn)健的發(fā)展,調(diào)整其未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及決策將至關(guān)重要。本文旨在分析和制定出在外部環(huán)境發(fā)生較大變化的背景下適合SW集團的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以幫助SW集團在未來取得長遠的發(fā)展。本文首先分析了SW集團外部的宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境、競爭環(huán)境以及SW集團內(nèi)部的資源和能力,并對SW集團關(guān)鍵內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因素分別做出了綜合分析評價,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合SW集團整體戰(zhàn)略態(tài)勢分析,利用SWOT分析匹配矩陣得出SW集團可供選擇的戰(zhàn)略方案,之后,利用定量戰(zhàn)略計劃矩陣QSPM對可選戰(zhàn)略方案進行評價,確定了SW集團應(yīng)優(yōu)先采取增強型的市場開發(fā)、市場滲透、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和集中多元化的公司層戰(zhàn)略,并通過進一步分析,明確了SW集團應(yīng)采取低成本與差異化相結(jié)合的基本競爭戰(zhàn)略,最后本文就為實施SW集團的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,闡述了支持性職能層應(yīng)采取的具體實施措施和策略。
[Abstract]:Virtual disk financial derivatives leveraged trading industry has experienced rapid development in developed countries for more than 30 years. Up to now, although the industry is still in a stage of rapid growth in the global scope, the market competition in various countries is becoming increasingly fierce. The overall level of customer service in the industry is relatively high, the customer bargaining power is relatively strong, and the customer turnover rate is relatively high. In addition, after the global financial crisis broke out in 2008, the financial regulatory environment of various countries is constantly changing. The regulatory environment has become more and more complex, and the regulatory policies of the financial derivatives trading market have tended to be strict, which has increased the risk of the industry operation. At the same time, the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, especially the rapid development of the mobile Internet in recent years, It has greatly changed the mode of operation of market participants and the mode of customer trading. Under the interaction of these factors, the existing stable development strategy of SW Group has shown some limitations, and the development of SW Group is facing great challenges. In order to maintain the Group's steady development, adjusting its future development strategy and decision-making will be crucial. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and formulate a development strategy suitable for SW Group under the background of great changes in external environment in order to help SW Group to achieve long-term development in the future. This paper first analyzes the external macro environment, industry environment, competition environment, resources and capabilities of SW Group, and makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the key internal and external environment factors of SW Group, and then on this basis, Combined with SWG's overall strategic situation analysis, SWOT matching matrix is used to obtain the strategic options available for SW group, and then quantitative strategic planning matrix QSPM is used to evaluate the optional strategic plan. Determined that SW Group should give priority to the adoption of enhanced market development, market penetration, product development and concentration and diversification of corporate strategy, and through further analysis, It is clear that SW Group should adopt the basic competitive strategy of combining low cost and differentiation. Finally, this paper expounds the specific implementation measures and strategies to implement the development strategy of SW Group.
