【摘要】：北岳銀行是中國共產(chǎn)黨在晉察冀革命根據(jù)地建立的銀行機(jī)構(gòu)，是晉察冀銀行的下屬分行之一。1937年北岳區(qū)成立，由晉察冀銀行分管該區(qū)各縣的金融事務(wù)。1948年1月冀晉分行、冀察分行合并成為北岳銀行，1949年1月北岳分行與冀熱察分行合并為察哈爾省分行，北岳銀行結(jié)束其歷史使命。 北岳銀行在其存在期間，，吸收存款，發(fā)放貸款，并對農(nóng)貸進(jìn)行發(fā)放和清理，在鞏固根據(jù)地農(nóng)村信貸業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上，又逐步開始在城市投資建廠和工商業(yè)貸款，進(jìn)行資金分配和浮財(cái)收兌工作。在對敵貨幣斗爭上，北岳銀行在抑制通貨膨脹、防止白洋外流、維護(hù)邊冀鈔流通等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)控，取得了明顯的效果。 北岳銀行為北岳區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)、工商業(yè)等方面的發(fā)展提供了經(jīng)濟(jì)支持和物質(zhì)保障，促進(jìn)了當(dāng)?shù)氐纳鐣?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，改善了民眾生活，提高了人民的金融觀念，為晉察冀根據(jù)地金融貨幣的統(tǒng)一和新中國銀行事業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Beiyue Bank is a banking institution established by the Communist Party of China in the Jin-Cha-Ji revolutionary base area and one of the branches of the Jin-Cha-Ji Bank. The Beiyue District was established in 1937, with the Bank of Jin-Cha-Ji in charge of the financial affairs of the counties in the region. In January 1948, the Ji-Jin Branch, In January 1949, Bei Yue Branch and Ji Reza Branch merged into Chahar Province Branch, and Beiyueh Bank ended its historical mission. During its existence, Beiyue Bank absorbed deposits, issued loans, and issued and cleaned up agricultural loans. On the basis of consolidating the rural credit business in the base areas, it gradually began to invest in the construction of factories and industrial and commercial loans in cities. Allocation of funds and collection of floating assets. In the struggle against the enemy currency, Beiyue Bank has achieved remarkable results in controlling inflation, preventing the outflow of white ocean and maintaining the circulation of the frontier Hebei banknote. Beiyue Bank has provided economic support and material support for the development of agriculture, industry and commerce in Beiyu District, promoted local social and economic development, improved people's living standards, and raised people's financial concepts. It has laid a solid foundation for the unification of financial and currency in the base area of Shanxi, Cha-ji and the development of the New China Bank.
