【摘要】：公益風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資整合了基于績(jī)效的長(zhǎng)期資本投資、綜合的專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)和高度互動(dòng)的伙伴關(guān)系,旨在幫助"社會(huì)目標(biāo)組織"發(fā)展壯大。文章認(rèn)為,現(xiàn)代意義上的公益風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資活動(dòng)興起于20世紀(jì)90年代中期的美國(guó),2002年左右在英國(guó)和意大利正式起步并迅速在歐洲大陸蔓延。越來(lái)越多的人已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到,公益風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資能夠?yàn)榻鉀Q社會(huì)問(wèn)題提供比較充足和量身定制的資金支持,能夠有效提升"社會(huì)目標(biāo)組織"的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力和社會(huì)績(jī)效。它可能成為本世紀(jì)重大社會(huì)創(chuàng)新誕生的搖籃。文章試圖總結(jié)已有研究成果,并結(jié)合筆者取得的第一手信息,向讀者介紹了歐美公益風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的含義、歷史與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:Public venture capital integrates performance-based long-term capital investment, integrated professional services and highly interactive partnerships, and aims to help "social target organizations" grow and grow. This paper holds that public venture capital activities in the modern sense began in the United States in the middle of 1990s and began in England and Italy around 2002 and spread rapidly in the European continent. More and more people have realized that public venture capital can provide adequate and customized financial support for solving social problems, and can effectively enhance the sustainable development ability and social performance of "social target organization". It may become the cradle of great social innovation in this century. This paper attempts to summarize the existing research results and introduce to readers the meaning, history and current situation of public interest venture capital in Europe and the United States in combination with the first-hand information obtained by the author.
