【摘要】：本文整合了Harris-Todaro(1970)城市失業(yè)現(xiàn)象與Krugman(1991)的新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理理論,建立了一個(gè)兩國(guó)兩部門的新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理失業(yè)模型;模型中制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)呈現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)(economies of scale)與產(chǎn)品差異化特性,且城市存在失業(yè)現(xiàn)象。本文采用數(shù)值模擬方法,分析引進(jìn)外資對(duì)于失業(yè)的沖擊。文章指出,隨著失業(yè)國(guó)的外資引進(jìn),該國(guó)制造業(yè)擴(kuò)張,但是制造業(yè)的"規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)"效果引起制造品價(jià)格下降,而抑制了制造業(yè)部門的擴(kuò)張;規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效果導(dǎo)致資本引進(jìn)國(guó)的城市失業(yè)量與失業(yè)率同時(shí)下降。此結(jié)論與Corden和Findlay(1975)在小國(guó)開放經(jīng)濟(jì)體系關(guān)于"引入外資導(dǎo)致該國(guó)失業(yè)量上升、失業(yè)率不變"之發(fā)現(xiàn)迥然不同。
[Abstract]:This paper integrates the new economic geography theory of Harris-Todaro 1970 (urban unemployment and Krugman 1991), and establishes a new economic geography unemployment model of two countries and two departments. And there is unemployment in the city. In this paper, numerical simulation method is used to analyze the impact of foreign capital on unemployment. It is pointed out that with the introduction of foreign capital to the unemployed countries, the manufacturing industry expands, but the "economies of scale" effect of the manufacturing industry causes the price of manufactured goods to fall, which inhibits the expansion of the manufacturing sector. The effect of economies of scale leads to a decrease in both urban unemployment and unemployment in the capital-importing countries. This conclusion is quite different from the findings of Corden and Findlayn in the open economies of small countries that "the unemployment rate in the country is rising and the unemployment rate remains unchanged because of the introduction of foreign capital."
