【摘要】：近十年來私募權益資本在全球范圍內(nèi)迅速增長,從一個美國獨有的現(xiàn)象發(fā)展到了那些從未有過私募權益資本的地方。而各地區(qū)在引入和培育私募權益資本的同時也形成了很多自身的特點。在全球金融危機的沖擊下,私募權益資本的增長受挫,但其主體在新的市場環(huán)境下如何應對、調(diào)整和繼續(xù)發(fā)展則引人關注。本文在總結近十年全球各主要地區(qū)私募權益資本發(fā)展特點的基礎上,探討了私募權益資本市場結構和交易方式的新變化以及全球金融危機對私募權益資本的影響。
[Abstract]:In the past decade, private equity capital has grown rapidly in the world, from a unique phenomenon in the United States to places where private equity capital has never existed. And each region in the introduction and cultivation of private equity capital at the same time has formed a lot of their own characteristics. Under the impact of the global financial crisis, the growth of private equity capital is frustrated, but how to deal with, adjust and continue to develop in the new market environment attracts attention. On the basis of summarizing the development characteristics of private equity capital in every major region of the world in recent ten years, this paper discusses the new changes of private equity capital market structure and trading mode and the influence of global financial crisis on private equity capital.
