【摘要】：巨災(zāi)保險風(fēng)險證券化產(chǎn)品在分散巨災(zāi)風(fēng)險、補償巨災(zāi)損失方面有其獨特優(yōu)勢。從我國國情出發(fā),闡述了利用保險風(fēng)險證券化手段化解巨災(zāi)風(fēng)險的緊迫性,并結(jié)合國外相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的比較分析,從政企職責(zé)界限、資本市場運作機制、市場供給體系、產(chǎn)品信用評級等方面,探討了我國推進巨災(zāi)風(fēng)險保險證券化發(fā)展的合理路徑。
[Abstract]:Catastrophe insurance risk securitization product has its unique advantage in dispersing catastrophe risk and compensating catastrophe loss. Based on the situation of our country, this paper expounds the urgency of using the means of insurance risk securitization to resolve catastrophe risk, and combines with the comparative analysis of foreign related products, from the boundaries of the responsibilities of government and enterprises, the operation mechanism of capital market, and the market supply system. In the aspects of product credit rating, this paper discusses the reasonable way to promote the development of catastrophe risk insurance securitization in China.
