【摘要】：2008年以來,由美國次貸危機(jī)引發(fā)的全球性金融海嘯來襲,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展受到嚴(yán)重的阻礙并開始衰退。這場金融危機(jī)不僅對西方發(fā)達(dá)國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)造成了嚴(yán)重的沖擊,也一定程度的影響了發(fā)展中國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,印度雖然處于正在迅速崛起的態(tài)勢,但不可避免的也受到一些影響,具體表現(xiàn)為：經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長的勢頭有所減弱、失業(yè)率增加、股市下跌、出口和投資規(guī)模下降、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)受影響等諸多方面。四年過去了,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)還沒有完全脫離金融危機(jī)的影響,現(xiàn)仍然在遭遇歐債危機(jī)等的沖擊。作為“金磚四國”中的新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體,印度經(jīng)濟(jì)表現(xiàn)出較好的發(fā)展勢頭,但如今又面臨歐債危機(jī)的影響,使其經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度面臨下滑的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。金融危機(jī)來臨時(shí)對印度經(jīng)濟(jì)到底產(chǎn)生了怎樣的影響,影響程度如何；為何印度與世界其他國家相比,能夠在較短的時(shí)間走出金融危機(jī)的陰霾率先復(fù)蘇；后金融危機(jī)時(shí)代印度經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展趨勢又如何等等問題,都值得我們密切關(guān)注并進(jìn)行深入的思考和研究。
[Abstract]:Since 2008, the global financial tsunami triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has seriously hindered the development of the global economy and started to decline. The financial crisis has not only had a serious impact on the economies of the western developed countries, but also affected the economic development of the developing countries to a certain extent. Although India is in a state of rapid rise, it is inevitably affected. It shows that the momentum of rapid economic growth has weakened, the unemployment rate has increased, the stock market has fallen, the scale of exports and investment has fallen, and the infrastructure construction has been affected. Four years later, the world economy has not completely escaped the impact of the financial crisis, and is still suffering from the impact of the European debt crisis. India, an emerging BRIC economy, has shown good momentum, but now faces the impact of the European debt crisis, putting its growth at risk of falling. How and to what extent did the financial crisis affect the Indian economy, why India can recover first from the haze of the financial crisis in a relatively short time compared with other countries in the world? The development trend of Indian economy in the post-financial crisis era deserves our close attention and in-depth study.
