【摘要】：在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,對(duì)于從事金融服務(wù)的知識(shí)密集型企業(yè)———商業(yè)銀行而言,智力資本已逐漸成為影響其績(jī)效的重要資源。本文選取2006-2009年我國(guó)14家上市商業(yè)銀行的數(shù)據(jù),從智力資本增值系數(shù)法(VAIC)角度實(shí)證研究商業(yè)銀行智力資本與績(jī)效的相關(guān)性。研究結(jié)果表明:智力資本、人力資本與商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效顯著正相關(guān);財(cái)務(wù)資本、結(jié)構(gòu)資本、關(guān)系資本與商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效均正相關(guān),但并不顯著。結(jié)合實(shí)證研究結(jié)果本文還提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual capital has gradually become an important resource to affect the performance of knowledge-intensive enterprises-commercial banks engaged in financial services. Based on the data of 14 listed commercial banks in China from 2006 to 2009, this paper empirically studies the correlation between intellectual capital and performance of commercial banks from the angle of value-added coefficient of intellectual capital. The results show that: intellectual capital, human capital and commercial bank performance are significantly positive correlation, financial capital, structural capital, relational capital and commercial bank performance are positive correlation, but not significant. Combined with the results of empirical research, this paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
