【摘要】：通過(guò)分析外商直接投資在北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的分布現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合理論與實(shí)證分析,本文得出了外商直接投資在北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)區(qū)位選擇時(shí)發(fā)揮作用的各個(gè)要素,重點(diǎn)考察了產(chǎn)業(yè)要素、市場(chǎng)要素、政策要素以及地理區(qū)位對(duì)外商直接投資區(qū)位價(jià)值的影響。 本文主要研究了構(gòu)成北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)外商直接投資區(qū)位價(jià)值的因素及提高區(qū)位價(jià)值的策略。論文首先回顧并概括了與外商直接投資、區(qū)位有關(guān)的研究成果。描述了外商直接投資在北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的分布現(xiàn)狀,從地理環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)、市場(chǎng)、政策保障四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行區(qū)位價(jià)值的分析。對(duì)影響外商直接投資區(qū)位價(jià)值的市場(chǎng)要素的分析運(yùn)用線性回歸法,回歸結(jié)果顯示了市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、市場(chǎng)化水平、對(duì)外開放程度、勞動(dòng)力成本是如何影響北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)吸引外商直接投資的,北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)六個(gè)城市回歸方程存在較大差異,總體上看,市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平是影響外商直接投資區(qū)位價(jià)值的主要因素,市場(chǎng)化水平、對(duì)外開放程度、勞動(dòng)力成本對(duì)各個(gè)城市的區(qū)位價(jià)值影響差別較大。影響因素的差異影響了北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)外商直接投資區(qū)位價(jià)值的構(gòu)成,導(dǎo)致外商投資在北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)六個(gè)城市分布的差異。最后,根據(jù)第五章的理論分析和實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果,從地理環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)、政策保障等方面提出了提高北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)各城市外商直接投資區(qū)位價(jià)值的建議。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the distribution of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, combined with theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper draws the conclusion that FDI plays an important role in the location selection of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, and focuses on the industrial elements. The influence of market factors, policy factors and geographical location on the location value of foreign direct investment. This paper mainly studies the factors that constitute the location value of foreign direct investment in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the strategies to improve the location value. Firstly, the paper reviews and generalizes the research results related to FDI and location. This paper describes the distribution of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and analyzes its location value from four aspects: geographical environment, industry, market and policy guarantee. The linear regression method is used to analyze the market elements that affect the location value of FDI. The regression results show the market scale, the level of economic development, the level of marketization, the degree of opening to the outside world. How does labor cost affect foreign direct investment in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone? the regression equation of six cities in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is quite different. Generally speaking, market scale is different. The level of economic development is the main factor affecting the location value of foreign direct investment. The level of marketization, the degree of opening to the outside world and the labor cost have great influence on the location value of each city. The difference of influencing factors affects the composition of the location value of foreign direct investment in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, which leads to the difference in the distribution of foreign investment in six cities of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. Finally, according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis in the fifth chapter, some suggestions are put forward to improve the location value of foreign direct investment in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone from the aspects of geographical environment, industrial structure, market, policy guarantee and so on.
