【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為,信用過度無序擴(kuò)張導(dǎo)致金融系統(tǒng)不斷積累風(fēng)險(xiǎn)直至最終爆發(fā)。信用擴(kuò)張?jiān)诮鹑陲L(fēng)險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)大過程中起主導(dǎo)作用,銀行信貸擴(kuò)張可以通過多樣的流動(dòng)性效應(yīng)使大量資金流向股市等虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域,推動(dòng)能源、原材料以及房地產(chǎn)等資產(chǎn)價(jià)格快速上漲。信用過快擴(kuò)張會(huì)加劇我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融結(jié)構(gòu)失衡,阻礙產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,最終影響經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融體系的安全及穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that the excessive and unordered expansion of credit causes the financial system to accumulate risks until the final outbreak. Credit expansion plays a leading role in the process of financial risk expansion. Bank credit expansion can flow a large number of funds to the virtual economy, such as stock market, and other assets, such as energy, raw materials and real estate through various liquidity effects. Prices are rising rapidly. The rapid expansion of credit will aggravate the economy of our country, the imbalance of the financial structure, the transformation of industrial upgrading and the way of economic growth, and ultimately affect the security and stability of the economic and financial systems.
