【摘要】：當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟形勢下,國際金融危機深層次影響仍在顯現(xiàn)。國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟下行壓力加大,融資難問題已成為眾多企業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸,特別是中小企業(yè),情況更為嚴峻。實際上傳統(tǒng)銀行并非不重視中小企業(yè)客戶,只是傳統(tǒng)的信貸審批標準和信用體系標準不能廣泛適用于中小企業(yè),使得其在銀行的貸款門檻依然較高。網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行信貸作為一種新型的融資渠道,開始步入中小企業(yè)的視野。特別是在今年經(jīng)濟下行的情況下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信貸融資成為不少中小企業(yè)的融資新途徑。中小企業(yè)由于規(guī)模小、缺乏有效抵押資產(chǎn)等特點決定了信貸風(fēng)險較大,如何利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行這種新的融資渠道,采取何種經(jīng)營方式,既能有效服務(wù)眾多中小企業(yè),又能有效控制信貸風(fēng)險,在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟背景下具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文采用理論與實證應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的研究方法,通過系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟背景下網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行信貸融資在中小企業(yè)應(yīng)用模式、風(fēng)險控制措施及對中小企業(yè)信貸融資當(dāng)中的優(yōu)勢,同時指出商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行信貸在中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)中潛在風(fēng)險,并對當(dāng)前潛在風(fēng)險問題提出具體防范建議。 最后以建行在福田雷沃企業(yè)通過“核心企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈融資”網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行模式開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行信貸服務(wù)為實例,描述了建設(shè)銀行開展對福田雷沃集團供應(yīng)鏈上下游企業(yè)融資服務(wù)模式、信貸風(fēng)險控制措施以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)信貸業(yè)務(wù)開展效果。
[Abstract]:Under the current domestic and foreign economic situation, the international financial crisis deep level influence is still appearing. The domestic economic downward pressure increases, the financing difficulty has become the bottleneck of the development of many enterprises, especially the small and medium-sized enterprises, the situation is even more severe. In fact, the traditional banks do not attach importance to SME customers, but the traditional credit approval standards and credit system standards can not be widely applied to SMEs, making their loan threshold in the bank is still relatively high. Network bank credit as a new financing channel, began to enter the vision of small and medium-sized enterprises. Especially in the economic downturn this year, network credit financing has become a new way for many small and medium-sized enterprises. Because of the small scale and the lack of effective mortgage assets, the small and medium-sized enterprises decide that the credit risk is great. How to use the network bank as a new financing channel and what kind of management way can effectively serve many small and medium-sized enterprises, And can effectively control the credit risk, in the current economic background has an important practical significance. This paper adopts the research method of combining theory and empirical application, summarizes the application mode of network bank credit financing in small and medium-sized enterprises under the current economic background, the risk control measure and the advantage to the small and medium-sized enterprise credit financing. At the same time, it points out the potential risks of network bank credit of commercial banks in the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward some concrete suggestions to prevent the current potential risks. Finally, with the example of CCB developing network bank credit service through "core enterprise supply chain financing" in Futian Revo enterprise, the paper describes the financing service mode of upstream and downstream enterprises in Futian Revo Group supply chain by CCB. Credit risk control measures and network credit business development results.
