【摘要】：農(nóng)村信用社一直是服務(wù)三農(nóng)的主力軍，但是由于農(nóng)村信用社效率低下，歷史包袱沉重，管理落后等方面的原因，已經(jīng)不能滿足農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展需要。2003年我國開始了農(nóng)村信用社新一輪的改革，現(xiàn)在改革的方向已經(jīng)明確，要把農(nóng)村信用社進行改制，建立農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行。現(xiàn)在河北省正在積極推進農(nóng)村信用社改制工作，有的農(nóng)村信用社已經(jīng)改建成立了農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行。農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行存在的時間比較短，這方面的研究比較少。河北省進行農(nóng)村信用社改建農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行也是沒有任何的經(jīng)驗可言，所以對河北省農(nóng)村信用社改建農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行進行研究，并參考我國比較成功的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗，對河北省農(nóng)村信用社改建農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行以及農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中存在的問題進行分析，可以給河北省農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展提供政策建議，促進河北省農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行更好地發(fā)展。 本文的第1章為緒論，主要介紹了本文的研究背景，意義，研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文的創(chuàng)新點。第2章主要介紹了我國農(nóng)村信用社改革的背景和原因，以及經(jīng)過了農(nóng)村信用社改制建立的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行在農(nóng)村金融領(lǐng)域處于怎樣的位置。第3章主要介紹了一些經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)做的比較成功的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展情況，探討它們成功的經(jīng)驗是什么，有什么值得借鑒的經(jīng)驗，以及它們在發(fā)展中遇到了什么樣的難題，怎么樣去解決這些問題。第4章主要是介紹河北省的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展情況，以及河北省的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行在建立過程以及發(fā)展中的問題。第5章是推進和完善河北省農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的建議。最后，，是對本文的研究結(jié)論進行了總結(jié)
[Abstract]:Rural credit cooperatives have always been the main force in serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers. However, due to the low efficiency of rural credit cooperatives, heavy historical burdens and backward management, In 2003, China began a new round of reform of rural credit cooperatives, and now the direction of reform has been clear, we should reform rural credit cooperatives and establish rural commercial banks. Now Hebei Province is actively promoting the reform of rural credit cooperatives, some rural credit cooperatives have been rebuilt and set up rural commercial banks. Rural commercial banks exist for a relatively short time, this area of research is less. There is no experience in rebuilding rural commercial banks by rural credit cooperatives in Hebei Province. Therefore, the study on the reconstruction of rural commercial banks by rural credit cooperatives in Hebei Province, and reference to the development experience of the more successful rural commercial banks in China, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the reconstruction of rural commercial banks and the development of rural commercial banks in Hebei Province, which can provide policy suggestions for the development of rural commercial banks in Hebei Province and promote the better development of rural commercial banks in Hebei Province. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, the significance, the research present situation and the innovation of this paper. The second chapter mainly introduces the background and reason of the rural credit cooperative reform in China, and the status quo of the rural commercial bank which has been established through the rural credit cooperative reform, and what position the rural commercial bank is in the rural finance field. Chapter 3 mainly introduces the development of some more successful rural commercial banks in developed areas, discusses their successful experience, what experience they have to learn from, and what difficulties they have encountered in the development. How to solve these problems. Chapter 4 mainly introduces the development of rural commercial banks in Hebei Province and the problems in the process of establishment and development of rural commercial banks in Hebei Province. The fifth chapter is to promote and improve the development of rural commercial banks in Hebei Province. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is summarized.
