【摘要】：煤炭作為我國重要的基礎(chǔ)性資源,其相關(guān)的煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅關(guān)系著我國能源的安全,也影響我國經(jīng)濟的健康發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定。目前煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展到了瓶頸環(huán)節(jié),即投融資問題。文章從全球煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈的視角出發(fā),分析煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上各個環(huán)節(jié)上存在的投融資問題,并針對不同的投融資問題,提出了相應(yīng)的解決辦法,以期幫助轉(zhuǎn)型期間煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)度過瓶頸階段,實現(xiàn)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important basic resource in China. The development of coal industry is not only related to the energy security of our country, but also affects the healthy development of our economy and social stability. At present the coal industry has developed to the bottleneck link, namely investment and financing problem. From the perspective of global coal industry value chain, this paper analyzes the problems of investment and financing in every link of coal industry chain, and puts forward corresponding solutions to different investment and financing problems. In order to help the coal industry in the transition period through the bottleneck stage, to achieve sustainable development of the coal industry.
