【摘要】：近些年來，企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任成為了國內(nèi)外政府及公眾關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。隨著我國相關(guān)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任體系的建立及完善，如何提升自己的社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)分成為各個(gè)大中型企業(yè)在企業(yè)發(fā)展中關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。在這一時(shí)代背景下，對(duì)中國企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任問題的研究必定具有其獨(dú)特的表現(xiàn)與研究意義。 本文首先從企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任理論研究的角度出發(fā)，對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的理論的起源、發(fā)展及相關(guān)體系的形成進(jìn)行了分析。筆者通過對(duì)相關(guān)著作的研究分析及實(shí)踐積累，分析出了研究企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任理論對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要意義，同時(shí)分析出建立企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)體系的重要性。目前，金融企業(yè)在對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn)中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用，因此對(duì)我國金融企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任體系的研究也是至關(guān)重要的，筆者通過對(duì)當(dāng)今我國金融企業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，建立了適合評(píng)價(jià)我國金融企業(yè)的社會(huì)責(zé)任的指標(biāo)體系并對(duì)我國主要的金融企業(yè)進(jìn)行排名。在本文中，筆者從企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任理論研究出發(fā)，為評(píng)價(jià)當(dāng)今我國金融企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任建立合適的評(píng)級(jí)體系。 從實(shí)證的角度，筆者利用建立的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任指標(biāo)體系對(duì)當(dāng)今主要的金融企業(yè)進(jìn)行排名，最后根據(jù)相關(guān)結(jié)論提出相應(yīng)的政策建議，，以期對(duì)提升我國金融企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的科學(xué)研究提供借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become the focus of attention of domestic and foreign governments and the public. With the establishment and perfection of corporate social responsibility system in China, how to improve their social responsibility scores has become the focus of attention in the development of large and medium-sized enterprises. Under this background, the research on Chinese corporate social responsibility must have its unique performance and significance. This paper first analyzes the origin, development and formation of corporate social responsibility theory from the perspective of corporate social responsibility theory. Through the research and analysis of relevant works and the accumulation of practice, the author analyzes the significance of the research on the theory of corporate social responsibility to the social development, and analyzes the importance of establishing the evaluation system of corporate social responsibility. At present, financial enterprises play an important role in the contribution to social economy, so the research on the social responsibility system of financial enterprises in China is also very important. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the development and management of Chinese financial enterprises, the author establishes an index system suitable for evaluating the social responsibility of Chinese financial enterprises and ranks the major financial enterprises in our country. In this paper, the author starts from the theory of corporate social responsibility to establish a suitable rating system for evaluating the social responsibility of financial enterprises in China. From the empirical point of view, the author makes use of the established corporate social responsibility index system to rank the major financial enterprises, and finally puts forward corresponding policy recommendations according to the relevant conclusions. In order to improve our financial corporate social responsibility of scientific research to provide reference and help.
