【摘要】:從某種程度上說(shuō),銀行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是銀行生存的基礎(chǔ)和進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略策劃和管理的核心目標(biāo)所在。到2011年底,四大國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行的資產(chǎn)總額占我國(guó)銀行業(yè)資產(chǎn)總額的50%以上,因此,對(duì)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行的服務(wù)行業(yè)特點(diǎn),從銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的角度來(lái)展開(kāi)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力塑造的研究,嘗試將理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新納入國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行定性和定量分析,最后得出結(jié)論,理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)于國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重大的推動(dòng)和提升作用。 本文首先通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究,通過(guò)對(duì)金融創(chuàng)新理論和現(xiàn)代投資組合理論的介紹,回顧了我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的理論基礎(chǔ)。然后,結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷程,以及銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,明確了國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的含義,同時(shí)通過(guò)構(gòu)建核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的三棱錐模型,對(duì)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的形成機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)核心業(yè)務(wù)能力、經(jīng)營(yíng)能力、創(chuàng)新能力、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力、公司治理能力、企業(yè)文化及人力資源能力七個(gè)層面構(gòu)建我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行探討,最后得出結(jié)論并提出相應(yīng)政策建議,理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)于國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重大的推動(dòng)和提升作用,各行要盡快制定切合自身實(shí)際的理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,打造復(fù)合型優(yōu)秀理財(cái)人員隊(duì)伍,加大營(yíng)銷宣傳力度,讓本行推出的理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)深入人心,完善客戶管理和信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng),完善各類網(wǎng)上交易系統(tǒng)建設(shè)等,不斷提高國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:To some extent, the core competence of banks is the basis of survival and the core goal of strategic planning and management. By the end of 2011, the total assets of the four state-owned commercial banks accounted for more than 50% of the total assets of China's banking industry. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and evaluate the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks. Based on the characteristics of the service industry of state-owned commercial banks in China, this paper studies the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks from the perspective of financial management business innovation. This paper attempts to bring the innovation of financial management business into the evaluation system of the core competence of state-owned commercial banks, carries on the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the core competence of state-owned commercial banks, and finally draws a conclusion. Financial management innovation plays an important role in promoting and promoting the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks. Firstly, this paper introduces the research on the core competence of enterprises and state-owned commercial banks at home and abroad through literature review, and introduces the theory of financial innovation and modern portfolio theory. This paper reviews the theoretical basis of financial management business innovation of state-owned commercial banks in China. Then, according to the development course of state-owned commercial banks in our country and the present situation of banking business development, this paper clarifies the meaning of the core competence of state-owned commercial banks, and constructs the three-prism model of the core competence at the same time. On the basis of analyzing the forming mechanism of the core competence of state-owned commercial banks, through the core business ability, the management ability, the innovation ability, the risk management ability, the company governance ability, The evaluation system of core competence of state-owned commercial banks in China is constructed from seven aspects of corporate culture and human resource ability, and the relationship between the core competence of state-owned commercial banks and financial management business innovation is discussed. Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward. The innovation of financial management business plays an important role in promoting and promoting the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks. Each bank should formulate a strategic plan for the development of financial management business in line with its own reality as soon as possible. To create a complex team of outstanding financial personnel, increase marketing and publicity, so that the bank launched financial management business, improve customer management and information service systems, improve the construction of various online trading systems, etc. We will continue to improve the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks.
