【摘要】：國家的發(fā)展離不開科技的創(chuàng)新,科技創(chuàng)新對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展全局有著至高重要的作用。科技型中小企業(yè)是拉動(dòng)科技創(chuàng)新的重要力量。由此加快發(fā)展科技型企業(yè)就是加快發(fā)展科技創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)而加快發(fā)展我國經(jīng)濟(jì)。然而科技型中小企業(yè)在發(fā)展初期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大且自身資產(chǎn)較少,一直面臨著融資難的困境,發(fā)展受到制約。在這樣的背景下相應(yīng)的科技金融支撐體系急需得到構(gòu)建,金融系統(tǒng)之中,銀行是最大的主體,銀行對科技型企業(yè)加大支撐力度,科技型企業(yè)所處的困境方可得到有效緩解實(shí)現(xiàn)長足的發(fā)展。科技銀行恰好是這場金融創(chuàng)新中銀行一種全新的制度安排,作為解決科技企業(yè)融資難的新途徑,它的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。本文的研究主題是科技銀行發(fā)展研究。目的是通過對國內(nèi)外科技銀行發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的考察與對比找出我國科技銀行發(fā)展的不足之處,并分析限制我國科技銀行發(fā)展的制約因素,期望可以從中發(fā)現(xiàn)破解我國科技銀行發(fā)展受限問題的鑰匙。基于此,本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:文章主要分為五個(gè)部分。首先本文對選題背景和研究意義做出介紹,針對科技銀行涉及的相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié),并介紹所使用的研究方法及文章結(jié)構(gòu),與此同時(shí)指出本文的創(chuàng)新和不足。接下來運(yùn)用理論分析法闡述科技銀行發(fā)展的必要性。包括對科技銀行的概念、性質(zhì)及功能的介紹,并在我國發(fā)展科技銀行的背景以及我國科技銀行的發(fā)展適用性方面進(jìn)行了分析。考察我國科技銀行發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,包括數(shù)量規(guī)模以及金融創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品等。以硅谷銀行為例,運(yùn)用比較分析法分析美國科技銀行與我國科技銀行發(fā)展差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國科技銀行不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,對我國科技銀行發(fā)展受限的因素進(jìn)行分析,梳理這些制約因素之間的關(guān)系,以求能夠從本質(zhì)上提出科技銀行發(fā)展的建議。文章的最后是根據(jù)實(shí)證所得結(jié)論構(gòu)建我國科技銀行發(fā)展的政策建議。政策建議包括在制度建設(shè)、科技銀行外部環(huán)境以及自身建設(shè)三個(gè)部分,期望能夠?qū)萍笺y行的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The development of the country can not be separated from the innovation of science and technology, which plays an extremely important role in the overall economic development. Science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises are an important force in stimulating scientific and technological innovation. Therefore, to speed up the development of science and technology enterprises is to speed up the development of science and technology innovation, and then accelerate the development of our economy. However, in the early stage of development, the small and medium-sized technological enterprises are faced with the dilemma of financing and their development is restricted because of their high risk and less assets. In this context, the corresponding science and technology financial support system urgently needs to be constructed. In the financial system, banks are the largest main body, and banks have increased their support to technology-based enterprises. Technology-based enterprises in difficult position can be effectively alleviated to achieve considerable development. The bank of science and technology is a new institutional arrangement in this financial innovation. As a new way to solve the financing difficulties of science and technology enterprises, its development is very important. The research topic of this paper is the development research of science and technology bank. The purpose of this paper is to find out the deficiency of the development of science and technology bank in China through the investigation and comparison of the present situation of the development of science and technology bank at home and abroad, and to analyze the restrictive factors that restrict the development of science and technology bank in China We hope to find the key to solve the problem of limited development of science and technology banks in China. Based on this, the main contents of this paper are as follows: the article is divided into five parts. First of all, this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of the related fields involved in the bank of science and technology, and introduces the research methods and the structure of the article. At the same time, this paper points out the innovation and deficiency. Then use the theory analysis to expound the necessity of the development of science and technology bank. This paper introduces the concept, nature and function of science and technology bank, and analyzes the background of the development of science and technology bank in our country and the applicability of the development of science and technology bank in our country. To investigate the development of science and technology banks in China, including the number of scale and financial innovation products. Taking Silicon Valley bank as an example, this paper analyzes the development difference between American science and technology bank and our country science and technology bank by means of comparative analysis, and finds out that the science and technology bank of our country is insufficient. On the basis of the empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the factors that restrict the development of our country's sci-tech bank, combs the relationship between these restrictive factors, in order to be able to put forward the suggestion of the development of the sci-tech bank in essence. The last part of this paper is to construct the policy recommendations for the development of our country's science and technology bank according to the empirical conclusions. The policy proposal includes three parts: system construction, external environment of science and technology bank and self construction, which is expected to contribute to the development of science and technology bank.
