【摘要】：信息不對稱導致投資機會的稀缺和道德風險的增加,是企業(yè)對外直接投資的主要障礙,而華商網(wǎng)絡通過信息共享和契約監(jiān)督機制可以克服這些障礙和風險。本文使用中國2003～2008年對87個國家(地區(qū))的對外直接投資數(shù)據(jù),分析華商網(wǎng)絡是否通過上述機制影響中國對外直接投資。實證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):華商網(wǎng)絡對中國對外直接投資有明顯的促進作用,并且這種促進作用在與中國差異較大的非亞洲地區(qū)更明顯;華商網(wǎng)絡主要通過信息共享機制促進中國對外直接投資,契約監(jiān)督機制的促進作用并不明顯。
[Abstract]:Asymmetric information leads to the scarcity of investment opportunities and the increase of moral hazard, which is the main obstacle to OFDI, and the Chinese business network can overcome these obstacles and risks through the mechanism of information sharing and contract supervision. Based on the data of China's FDI in 87 countries (regions) from 2003 to 2008, this paper analyzes whether the Chinese business network influences China's FDI through the above mechanism. The empirical results show that: the Chinese business network has a significant role in promoting China's foreign direct investment, and this role is more obvious in non-Asian regions, where there is a big difference between China and China; The Chinese business network mainly promotes China's foreign direct investment through information sharing mechanism, but the contract supervision mechanism does not play a significant role in promoting China's foreign direct investment.
