哈爾濱銀行不良貸款管理研究

【摘要】:不良貸款問題是各金融機(jī)構(gòu)共同面臨的一個(gè)難點(diǎn)問題,在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的今天,雖然銀行的不良貸款實(shí)現(xiàn)雙降,不良貸款率與不良貸款額呈現(xiàn)出歷史的最好水平,但金融危機(jī)卻如“幽靈”般伴隨著整個(gè)金融市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,金融系統(tǒng)的脆弱性再次體現(xiàn)出來,內(nèi)外部不良貸款反彈壓力進(jìn)一步增大,嚴(yán)重影響了銀行的健康發(fā)展。 哈爾濱銀行是一家剛剛實(shí)現(xiàn)跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)向全國(guó)性股份制轉(zhuǎn)型的商業(yè)銀行。在不良貸款管理上借鑒了國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行的改制經(jīng)驗(yàn),經(jīng)過重組、剝離、轉(zhuǎn)讓等方式成功擺脫了歷史不良貸款包袱,在近年取得了快速的發(fā)展。本文基于大量的實(shí)踐和深入研究,從哈爾濱銀行不良貸款業(yè)務(wù)管理入手,分析了其形成原因及國(guó)內(nèi)外同業(yè)的清收處置模式,歸納總結(jié)了哈爾濱銀行開展不良貸款業(yè)務(wù)管理上存在的問題與機(jī)遇,,從業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際分析出發(fā)結(jié)合對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)銀行資產(chǎn)保全部門工作流程的研究,結(jié)合商業(yè)銀行的信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)特點(diǎn),提出了哈爾濱銀行資產(chǎn)保全系統(tǒng)的解決方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)資產(chǎn)保全業(yè)務(wù)的規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,并提出相關(guān)發(fā)展對(duì)策及建議,力求哈爾濱銀行不良貸款業(yè)務(wù)管理工作實(shí)現(xiàn)健康有序的發(fā)展,為哈爾濱銀行小額貸款特色業(yè)務(wù)提供有效的清收保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The problem of non-performing loans (NPLs) is a difficult problem faced by all financial institutions. Today, with the rapid economic development, although the non-performing loans of banks have both fallen, the ratio of non-performing loans (NPLs) and the amount of non-performing loans (NPLs) have shown the best level in history. However, the financial crisis is accompanied by the development of the whole financial market, the fragility of the financial system is reflected again, and the rebound pressure on the internal and external non-performing loans is further increased, which seriously affects the healthy development of the banks. Harbin Bank is a commercial bank that has just realized a cross-regional operation to a national joint-stock system. In the management of non-performing loans, the experience of reforming state-owned commercial banks has been used for reference, and the historical burden of non-performing loans has been successfully removed by means of reorganization, stripping off and transfer, which has made rapid development in recent years. Based on a large number of practice and in-depth research, this paper analyzes the causes of the formation of the non-performing loan business management of Harbin Bank and the disposal mode of the domestic and foreign banks. This paper summarizes the problems and opportunities existing in the management of Harbin Bank's non-performing loan business, starting from the actual business analysis, combining with the research on the working process of the domestic bank asset preservation department, and combining with the characteristics of the commercial bank's information system construction. This paper puts forward the solution of Harbin bank asset preservation system, realizes the standardization and standardization of the asset preservation business, and puts forward the relevant development countermeasures and suggestions, in order to achieve the healthy and orderly development of the management of Harbin bank's non-performing loan business. Harbin Bank small loans for the characteristics of business to provide an effective payment protection mechanism.
