跨國公司對外直接投資的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任戰(zhàn)略選擇的博弈分析

【摘要】:二十世紀(jì)末,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的迅猛發(fā)展帶動(dòng)了對外直接投資的快速增長,跨國公司因其強(qiáng)大的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力及擴(kuò)展經(jīng)營范圍的強(qiáng)烈愿望,成為對外直接投資的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體。然而,在跨國公司致力于拓展海外投資、獲取全球資源的同時(shí),其在企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任方面的缺失也引起了全社會(huì)的高度關(guān)注。積極地履行社會(huì)責(zé)任、開展社會(huì)責(zé)任投資將幫助跨國公司建立良好的企業(yè)形象,從而獲得在東道國的投資成功,因此,跨國公司應(yīng)該在兼顧自身利益的同時(shí)適當(dāng)?shù)亻_展社會(huì)責(zé)任投資。而對于跨國公司來說,如何根據(jù)自己的公司類型及東道國的反應(yīng)策略來制定投資計(jì)劃就成為一項(xiàng)新的戰(zhàn)略選擇及研究課題,而這也就是本文的研究主題。 文章從理論研究入手,在詳細(xì)闡述了跨國公司社會(huì)責(zé)任的基本概念及相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,引入博弈理論中的信號傳遞模型分析跨國公司在國際貿(mào)易中如何與東道國形成均衡,模型中包括兩個(gè)參與者:跨國公司和東道國,其戰(zhàn)略集合包括合作與不合作。跨國公司根據(jù)自身的公司類型及東道國的反應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略,確定均衡類型(分離均衡或混同均衡),進(jìn)而確定在不同的均衡狀態(tài)下自己最佳的應(yīng)對策略,從而在尋求自身利益最大化的同時(shí)也能形成與東道國的納什均衡,使得海外投資順利開展并盈利。模型中包括對跨國公司類型的討論、社會(huì)責(zé)任投資界限的判定及東道國稅收的討論,其結(jié)果為跨國公司對外直接投資的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任戰(zhàn)略選擇提供了理論參考。同時(shí),為進(jìn)一步說明該模型存在的意義,舉例驗(yàn)證了企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任投資對跨國公司及東道國收益的改善。 按照理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的研究思路,文章分析了沃爾瑪(中國)及TCL(越南)在海外投資時(shí)的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任戰(zhàn)略選擇。以時(shí)間為線索,對比跨國公司企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任戰(zhàn)略及盈利狀況的轉(zhuǎn)變,進(jìn)一步說明企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任戰(zhàn)略對跨國公司的重要意義。 最后,在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合目前中國的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任現(xiàn)狀,對中國企業(yè)海外投資及中國如何規(guī)范跨國公司來華投資提出了建議,其中涉及體制完善、社會(huì)監(jiān)督及自身社會(huì)責(zé)任意識的提高等多方面內(nèi)容,為中國踐行企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任提供參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 20th century, the rapid development of economic globalization has led to the rapid growth of foreign direct investment. Because of its strong economic strength and strong desire to expand the scope of management, multinational corporations have become the main foreign direct investment economies. However, while multinational corporations are devoting themselves to expanding their overseas investment and acquiring global resources, their lack of corporate social responsibility has aroused great concern from the whole society. Active implementation of social responsibility and investment in social responsibility will help transnational corporations to build a good corporate image and thus succeed in investing in host countries, Multinational corporations should take account of their own interests while properly carrying out investment in social responsibility. For multinational corporations, how to make investment plan according to their own company type and host country's reaction strategy becomes a new strategic choice and research topic, and this is the research topic of this paper. This paper begins with theoretical research, and on the basis of elaborating the basic concepts and related theories of transnational corporations' social responsibility, introduces the signal transmission model in game theory to analyze how transnational corporations and their host countries form equilibrium in international trade. The model includes two participants: multinational corporation and host country, and its strategic set includes cooperation and non-cooperation. According to their own type of company and the reaction strategy of the host country, the multinational corporation determines the equilibrium type (separate equilibrium or mixed equilibrium), and then determines the best coping strategy under different equilibrium conditions. In order to maximize their own interests, it can also form a Nash equilibrium with the host country, so that overseas investment can be carried out smoothly and profitable. The model includes the discussion of the type of transnational corporations, the determination of the limits of social responsibility investment and the discussion of the tax of host country. The results provide a theoretical reference for the choice of corporate social responsibility strategy of FDI. At the same time, in order to further explain the significance of the model, an example is given to verify the improvement of corporate social responsibility investment to the income of multinational corporations and host countries. According to the thinking of combining theory with practice, this paper analyzes the strategic choice of corporate social responsibility when Walmart (China) and TCL( Vietnam) invest abroad. Taking time as the clue, this paper compares the transformation of corporate social responsibility strategy and profit status of multinational corporations, and further explains the significance of corporate social responsibility strategy to transnational corporations. Finally, on the basis of the above research, combined with the current situation of corporate social responsibility in China, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises and how to regulate the investment of multinational corporations in China, which involves the perfection of the system. Social supervision and its own awareness of social responsibility and other aspects of the content, for China to practice corporate social responsibility to provide reference value.
