建行長春經濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)支行個人理財業(yè)務發(fā)展策略

【摘要】:自中國建設銀行2006年股改并在香港上市以來,金融產品不斷創(chuàng)新,各項管理愈發(fā)規(guī)范,服務水平逐年提高,經營效益持續(xù)增長,整體競爭實力不斷增強,已成為目前市值世界第二國內業(yè)務領先的現(xiàn)代金融企業(yè)。建行長春經濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)(以下簡稱CK)支行作為建設銀行吉林省分行在長春經濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)設立的一個經營機構,因應改革發(fā)展需要,積極支持當?shù)亟洕l(fā)展,主動服務轄內企事業(yè)金融業(yè)務需求,與全國建行保持了同步的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,經過近幾年的發(fā)展,在吉林省內特別是在長春經濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)區(qū)域內已成為功能齊全、產品豐富、管理規(guī)范、效益領先、規(guī)模相當?shù)慕鹑跈C構。 但是,隨著吉林省經濟的快速發(fā)展和經濟總量的迅速提高,一些中小股份銀行如浦發(fā)銀行、招商銀行、華夏銀行、興業(yè)銀行、民生銀行、中信銀行等等紛紛入住長春,隨著這些中小股份制銀行的進入,原有的金融格局發(fā)生了較大的變化。特別是中小股份制銀行包括吉林銀行、盛京銀行等區(qū)域銀行對個人理財業(yè)務的強勢競爭,在長春經濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)轄內,建行個人理財傳統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢面臨挑戰(zhàn),新的發(fā)展充滿變數(shù),如何在新形勢下保持優(yōu)勢,規(guī)避風險前提下抓住機遇,拓展個人銀行業(yè)務市場發(fā)展個人理財業(yè)務已成為不可回避的課題。希望通過本文的剖析研究和探討,能夠揚長避短,進一步提高建行個人理財業(yè)務的競爭力,抓住機遇迎接挑戰(zhàn),取得個人理財業(yè)務更大的發(fā)展和進步。 具體而言,就是通過分析比較,建行CK支行在目前各家金融機構強勢競爭個人理財客戶和市場的態(tài)勢下,還存在著個人理財產品創(chuàng)新頻率低,服務內容單一,合作的保險、證券機構局限性大,從業(yè)人員業(yè)務素質亟待提高的現(xiàn)實不利因素。這些都制約了建行CK支行個人理財業(yè)務的發(fā)展,制約了個人理財客戶的營銷和整個區(qū)域市場的進一步開拓。為此,建行CK支行應著重從以下幾點改變現(xiàn)狀,突出特色服務。一是創(chuàng)新個人理財業(yè)務內涵,從創(chuàng)新產品體系吸引并培育客戶;二是設立高端客戶私人銀行,從硬件上提升服務品質彰顯尊貴和獨特;三是引進擴大保險、證券機構合作范圍,互惠共贏;四是增強企業(yè)文化建設加大員工培訓力度,,強化業(yè)務技能同時,讓員工對建行CK支行有歸屬感、責任感,榮譽感。從而使建行CK支行抓住機遇率先改革、完善、發(fā)展,繼續(xù)保持同業(yè)個人理財業(yè)務領先地位。
[Abstract]:Since the China Construction Bank's share reform and listing in Hong Kong in 2006, financial products have been continuously innovated, various management has become more standardized, the level of service has been improved year by year, the operating efficiency has continued to grow, and the overall competitive strength has been continuously enhanced. Market value has become the world's second leading domestic business of modern financial enterprises. The Changchun Economic and technological Development Zone of China Construction Bank (hereinafter referred to as CK), as an operating organization set up by the Jilin Branch of the Construction Bank in Changchun Economic and technological Development Zone, actively supports local economic development in response to the needs of reform and development. Taking the initiative to serve the business needs of enterprises and institutions within its jurisdiction, it has kept pace with the development of China Construction Bank. After several years of development, in Jilin Province, especially in Changchun Economic and technological Development Zone, it has become fully functional and rich in products. The management standard, the benefit is leading, the scale is equal to the financial institution. However, with the rapid development of the economy of Jilin Province and the rapid improvement of the total economic volume, some small and medium-sized stock banks such as Pudong Development Bank, China Merchants Bank, Huaxia Bank, Industrial Bank, Minsheng Bank, CITIC Bank and so on have moved to Changchun. With the entry of these medium-and-small-stock banks, the original financial pattern has changed greatly. In particular, small and medium-sized joint-stock banks, including Jilin Bank, Shengjing Bank and other regional banks, are in strong competition for personal finance business. Within the jurisdiction of Changchun Economic and technological Development Zone, CCB's traditional advantages of personal finance are facing challenges and the new development is full of variables. How to keep the advantage under the new situation, grasp the opportunity under the premise of avoiding the risk and expand the market of the personal banking business to develop the personal finance business has become an unavoidable subject. It is hoped that through the analysis and study of this article, we can further improve the competitiveness of CCB's personal finance business, seize the opportunity to meet the challenge, and achieve greater development and progress of personal finance business. In particular, through analysis and comparison, the CK branch of CCB, under the current situation of strong competition among financial institutions for personal financial customers and the market, still has insurance for low innovation frequency of personal finance products, single service content, and cooperation. The limitation of securities institutions is great, and the professional quality of employees needs to be improved urgently. All these restrict the development of personal finance business of CK branch of CCB, and restrict the marketing of personal financial clients and the further development of the whole regional market. Therefore, the construction bank CK branch should focus on the following points to change the status quo, highlight the characteristics of service. First, to innovate the connotation of personal finance business, to attract and cultivate customers from the innovative product system; second, to set up high-end customer private banks to enhance the quality of service from the hardware; third, to introduce and expand the scope of cooperation between insurance and securities institutions. The fourth is to strengthen the construction of corporate culture to strengthen staff training, strengthen business skills, let employees have a sense of belonging to CK branch, sense of responsibility, sense of honor. Therefore, the CK branch of CCB will seize the opportunity to reform, perfect and develop, and continue to maintain the leading position of personal finance business in the same industry.
